Cult of Pita

Restaurant

👍👍 Well I can safely say I’ve never ordered a “Satan with extra hellfire” at any other restaurant before. 😂 Happily, it was super delicious, as was the Chief pita. The side of peppers was really, Really hot, which I appreciated, but if you can’t handle much spice I’d def not recommend that dish. Overa... People often mention pita,

A great experience for me and my friends! Everyone wants to come back for the different flavors and the mood of the restaurant. The location is great: in the front of the metro station, side by side with Bolhão market, at the city center. For vegetarians, this is a kind of paradise, with several dishes in which meat is not included. One thing is true: the richness of flavors will never leave you disappointed! Fully Recommended! // מומלץ לחלוטין! 😉

After reading all the reviews I had high expectations for the food. However, I didn’t love the taste of either of Pitas we ordered (The Cult Classic and The Satan). Cool thing: all the options are vegetarian. Despite that, the fries and pita’s bread were amazing. The space is really cool and the staff is friendly.

Food tastes good with lots of veggie options - we liked the fattoush best! Portions are modest, so 3 dishes and a pita for two people felt more like a snack. If each plate came with a pita it would be a more typical authentic meal, but the pita is ordered individually here. The atmosphere is modern casual, sometimes you have to grab your own water but that's no problem, and most of the diners are Israeli or expats/tourists. I can see the prices being a bit high for locals.

Good and well served, fresh veggies and the team was top notch serving. Music could be on a lower volume. Might repeat the experience! Dessert was also amazing!

I highly recommend this place. Very fresh ingredients, very flavoursome and very reasonable prices for the portions. Got the cult classic pitta with the fresh mango and carrot juice. Everything tasted delicious Staff are very friendly. There is a menu in English as well

The best pita in Porto 🤍 The portion is perfect and I eat kinda a lot. Veggies, souse, and spiciness are amazing too. And my favourite fries too. Always go there to have my cheat meal and always order the same as I think I'm already addicted to it! In a good way of course :) and the place is dog-friendly so it's always easy to eat there even if I have my doggo with me

I would love to rate it better but I asked for the Classic and the Falafels on it were so strong in taste I could not even eat half of the meal. Look, I love strong tastes but this one had something wrong, with all due respect, it is not bad but almost impossible to eat. I do not know if it went too much of cumin or other seasonings but I do not believe someone could eat normally. This is the first time I ordered here and I already tried other Falafels in other places and they were different from that. I took the promotion so I ended up with 2 Classic's, so food waste. I would love an answer for that.
