Really good store where you can find anything you might need from a hardware store. Nice variety of products and very friendly and helpful staff. You can find some nice christmas trees here as well along with baubles and other decorating items you might want to add.

I ordered online an equipment (pre-payment 678€) in early August. Delivery was promised for beginning September from the store in Matosinhos. Than moved to Sept 15th and failed again. The parcel has still not arrived.... Mails don't get answered and the chat plus the hotline are uncapable to resolve this and get the box delivered. Addendum After an entry in the livro de reclamacoes the parcel got delivered

We visited this Leroy store several times to buy some products which are not available in Leroy Gaia. Our last visit was July, 2022. This Leroy seems like the biggest from the others in Porto area. Pros: 1. Wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore. 2. The staffs are so helpful to give us advices. 3. Payment associated with cartão casa can give us a little benefit which is good. 4. The free wifi is accessible in the store. 5. The location is great and easy to find by Google Maps. You can reach the store by car, bus, or metro. 6. The parking lot is free for Leroy customers. 7. The products are original and complete. 8. The staffs are so helpful when we need help to find what we need. 9. They have many variant products to choose. 10. They accept payment in cash and Multibanco. 11. They accept return things with guarantee as long as the products are still 99,99% original. 12. You can place your order online and pick up on the store. 13. They offer delivery things too. 14. They have a service to rent a van too. 15. The restroom is free. 16. Parking accessible for wheelchair. 17. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. 18. They start having more self-payment machine with money or Multibanco. Cons: 1. They need to improve the service for self-payment machine. During our last visit, it was difficult to scan the products. The staff was so slow to help us. In the end, we took more time using self-payment machine than the traditional cashier.

Very large home improvement store with ample covered parking spaces upfront. Product selection is wide and deep, however, many items are not in stock and need to be ordered, especially tiles, flooring materials, as well as bathroom furniture. This is a humongous Leroy store with literally everything you'll need for you DIY project, renovation, decoration and much much more. There are so so many choices, I can guarantee you, it still take a day to walk around. But don't worry, there is a cafe inside, so if you need to take a break, you can.

This store reminds me of home depot, just smaller and catering to the woman. I like how well everything is organized and easy to find. Staff is always availble to help.

It is great place to find a lot of things but on the other side it lacks organization, employees and even the ones that are there, they are a little bit rude or just tired maybe.. Due to this you can lose a lot of time..

Good selection but crazy checkout lines.

I find it a bit chaotic if you want to find something small. The staff is supportive and will help out but sometimes takes a bit to get hold of them. Not a place to get in and out in 15 min unless if you know where the piece you want is. Payment part is quick and rarely are queues there
