One
day
I
went
to
Sephora,
it
was
summer,
I
was
wearing
shorts,
a
t-shirt
and
flip-flops.
I
entered
the
store
and
one
of
the
employees
was
in
front
of
the
store
along
with
the
security
guard
and
pretended
not
to
have
seen
me.
I
already
knew
what
I
wanted
to
buy,
but
I
didn't
know
where
the
product
was.
Meanwhile,
another
employee
was
helping
a
man
who
was
already
in
the
store
before
I
arrived,
so
I
waited
until
the
man
was
seen
to
ask
for
help.
The
gentleman
paid
and
left
the
store,
and
the
employee
who
was
serving
him
walked
past
me,
without
making
eye
contact,
as
if
I
were
invisible
and
immediately
went
to
the
store
entrance
where
the
other
employee
and
the
security
guard
were.
.
I
made
a
point
of
staying
in
the
middle
of
the
store,
facing
the
employees,
who
didn't
even
bother
to
look
at
me.
Meanwhile,
a
new
customer
enters
and
is
immediately
attended
to
by
the
employee.
20
minutes
have
already
passed.
I
left
the
store.
The
next
day
I
returned
to
Sephora
in
Matosinhos,
looking
different.
The
employee
who
was
at
the
door
the
day
before
was
at
the
door
again
(she
must
be
a
doorman,
lol)
and
this
time
she
even
took
the
trouble
to
greet
me
(after
all,
she
doesn't
see
it
that
bad).
The
other
employee
was
not
in
the
store,
but
there
was
a
third
employee
who
always
served
me
in
a
very
attentive
and
friendly
way.
I'm
sorry
I
don't
know
her
name,
she's
one
of
the
few
who
knows
how
to
serve
customers.
So
I
bought
what
I
had
to
buy,
but
I
regretted
not
leaving
any
complaints.
These
ladies
are
store
employees,
let
alone
MUA.
They
are
not
even
in
a
position
to
look
down
on
a
customer
just
because
of
the
way
they
are
dressed.
I
have
never
felt
so
much
prejudice
in
my
life.
The
employee
at
the
entrance
was
a
short
lady
with
very
short
hair.
I
don't
know
the
name
either.
I
hope
you
train
your
staff
on
how
to
serve
customers,
regardless
of
their
appearance,
something
that
shouldn't
even
happen
these
days!
