👍👍 Best coffee from my last trip to Paris. Very good extraction and nice latte art as a result of an elaborate per-cup routine (grinding single bean dose, leveling the puck, etc. - I'm talking about espresso, of course). The barista advised us on buying beans and we had a nice chat how to prepare them.... People often mention coffee, vegan, good, Paris, great,

Everyone there (employees and I believe the owner) were sincerely kind and thoughtful. They wanted to be sure you enjoyed your experience - and it would be impossible not to. The drinks were very well made. I've mentioned before in other reviews, it can be a challenge to find a truly good cup of iced coffee or cold brew in some cities in Europe. Roche however makes a quality cup of coffee at any temperature. Their Chai tea latte is not too sweet, not too spicy and a good consistency. For those who care, they also offer almond and oat milk. Now the food... The baked goods are as high quality as you'd expect from Paris. Their scone is something you dream of whenever you leave France. All of the other sweeter treats will make you break your diet. (Don't feel guilty, it's Paris.) We also ordered a vegetarian tartine, which was incredible. It was piled high with veggies and strawberries but very light and bright in flavor and texture. A mixture of sweet, and summer savory, which is still sort of sweet. If we had time to come back before we left, we absolutely would.

Wonderful little specialty coffee shop on the way to the sacre couer! Every interaction with the owner, Romain, was great. Even despite the language barrier, he was beyond accommodating and friendly. I got a chance to talk to him about coffee and was enthralled by his enthusiasm for the craft. This all not to mention that the food was equally wonderful. Definitely recommend!

great coffee, nice staff. also offers vegan options, which is a big plus. unfortunately, you can only order takeout because of the pandemic so I don't know whether the interior is good at all - but going off my experience I'd be more than willing to chance it.

I love the coffee here with oat milk - I think it's the best I had in Paris! And try the vegan plate for lunch, it's delicious - I came here several days in a row, just because I liked it so much <3 The owners are very kind - and outdoor seating available for sunny and warm days. Last but not least: great stay for digital nomads - you can spend a couple of hours here with your laptop, it has amazing WiFi!

The barista (or owner) either doesn’t know what he’s doing or doesn’t care. (His staff is very sweet though.) Try KB Coffee nearby—it is exceptional.

Coffee is my everyday work but when I’m off and I want to enjoy a wonderful and well-balanced cup of filter coffee, Roche is always my go-to. Also, just have a look at their beautiful Modbar coffee machine 🔥 Coffee mainly comes from April, a Denmark-based roaster, so you get a fruity, extra juicy result thanks to the light roast that allows you to enjoy each coffee “terroir”. And it’s vegan/veggie friendly on the food side, so that’s a really nice move. Try it once, and you’ll be back, trust me.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board th...

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
