Fabulous campsite! Staff are friendly and helpful and all speak very good English. The pitches are spacious and the toilets and showers are clean. There is plenty for children to do and the feel of the campsite is very relaxed. We were lucky enough to arrive on a day that the owner hosted a communal BBQ which was great fun and we got to meet lots of interesting people. This was our first time but i would definitely return.

Had a great stay with friends today over the weekend. We ‘glamped’ by the lake which was really nice and pleasant. The property is huge and we had a lot of activities to do. They gave us cycles to move around the property as complimentary which was nice too. The glamp site was well set up, the beds were comfortable and cozy and the lighting inside the tents was good. However, the glamp site was quite far from the restrooms which was a minus, even though they were well maintained. There’s also a bit of room for improvement in the staff courteousness. Overall, we had a good stay!

I have been Camping in France for 5 or 6 years now and I must say this site is in the top 3 sites I have visited. The grounds and pitches are absolutely fantastic and so well kept. The chateau is a beautiful old building and the owners and his staff are so friendly making you feel welcomed. The facilities were very clean and well looked after all the time. Great pool and showers. I highly recommend this place l will be returning next year

Stayed here for 5 nights camping. This is a lovely campsite, big pitches, lots of open space around which is great for the kids to ride their bikes and you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of your camping chair with a glass of wine. The pool area is fabulous with comfy rattan furniture and well kept surrounding gardens. The bar area is what you would expect from a 5* campsite with nice seating area and a good selection of drinks. The onsite shop stocks all the essentials and if you don't feel like cooking then there is a restaurant and takeaway on site (pizzas were lovely! ). Fresh bread, croissants & pastries are sold outside the bar area every morning from 8:30 which is a lovely touch to this fabulous campsite.

We visited this campsite with our family of 5. We stayed in a wooden cabin. THE GOOD + The site is beautiful. + Our wooden cabin was situated beautifully in the woods. + Excellent service at the bar and reception, specifically by the Dutch speaking Simone who was always around to help us. + The pool, the table tennis tables, and petanque. + The activities for kids. THE BAD - The beds. Our Dutch backs need to recover for weeks. - The restaurant is really a missed opportunity on such a beautiful campsite. There’s so much potential in the location but the food and service were quite poor. The restaurant appears to be exploited by an external company.

Great for families with kids, as the amenities and space is excellent. However not for us, as a couple wanting a quiet holiday. Pitches are generally spacious although demarcation is hit or miss. The staff work very hard. The communal areas are very overcrowded and noisy with families. The two toilet blocks are generally clean, but without exception we have to reflush the toilets before use. The restaurant tries very hard to cope with the volume of people, the chef is good, but the menu somewhat limited and overpriced. We had booked for 5 nights, but moving on after 3 to find somewhere quieter. No doubt great for families though.
