The whole dental team is so friendly and non judgemental. I've been to a handful of different dentists before and Rushmore Dental is by far the most comfortable and enjoyable experience (and I don't really like going to the dentist, so that is saying something). I really appreciate their thoroughness to get an excellent cleaning and perfect fillings. I'm happy to call them my new dentist!

Dr. Kelly and the hygienist, Katie were amazing. I felt as though my overall health was of the utmost importance to them. Their care was genuine, courteous, and compassionate. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Given a jaw that locks closed, I am not an easy patient. But Katie and Dr. Kelly both took the time to listen to my needs. THEN, when it was time to go to work, they moved quickly/confidently while working around my jaw issues. Katie also thoroughly explained a cleaning procedure that I had never experienced before. I’m glad to have found a dental team who it seems I can trust. They have long-term health in mind and clearly take their time in both listening to AND educating patients. What more could you want?

As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, dr. Kelly and his staff made me extremely comfortable. I have never had a better experience with dental care. My only complaint is that I’m unable to use dr. Kelly as his office does not accept payments. Payments are due at time of service and with money being tight even with dental insurance I am unfortunately not able to pay 100-300 dollars before I can get my dental care.

We are new to Rapid City, and dont know our way around yet. I called and they were able to get us in right away! Katie was exceptional and made my kids feel comfortable. The rest of the staff was very nice, with the exception of one, who rudely made a comment about us being 5 minutes late. I accidentally took the wrong route, like i said new to town. Turned out the next appointment was also late, however luckily they didn't receive the same response as we did.

I just moved here from Pennsylvania! I have been going to the same dentist for the last 20 years! Everyone at Rushmore dental was so kind and welcoming to me being a new patient at their practice! Plus they made my teeth look amazing again at my six month cleaning!!!

I was nervous about coming in because I know my mouth is a mess. Katie made me relax and laugh. They were all very nice and helpful. I look forward to my next visit to go over my treatment plan. Dr Kelly is thorough and didn't make me feel like I've done something wrong like my last dentist did. Thank you!

Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr Kelly and his team are great. They make you feel totally comfortable, both financially and medically, and their customer service is wonderful. They take the time to run through a procedure with you and also give you a plan with a outlook on your bill so there are no surprises. I will not go anywhere else --- 200% would recommend!
