Dr Hawkings & the assisting dental nurse were great, I suffer from anxiety & they put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door at the consultation. The procedure went smoothly, he explained the process & tips for aftercare well. I would certainly feel comfortable returning should the need rise in future.

Amazing staff and support…but please do avoid a doctor Selma if you ever going for a tooth removal. My tooth was broken in half with the tooth root in place for two days due to the inexperience of the dentist that attended to me, it took a whole 2 days of pain and anguish before I was booked in for an NHS removal. I will not be recommending this doctor in the future nor be writing any good reviews towards his expertise. P:S. You are better off chiseling your teeth yourself with hammer if you want to go ahead…

Saw Amanda for a root canal, she was absolutely fabulous at explaining the steps while treating which helped calm my nerves. Treatment was painless and she was very thorough in making sure I had the best treatment!

I Was referred to Queensway from my own dentist for upper molar removal. Very anxious prior to procedure but the experience was not what I expected, oral surgeon was fantastic, explained everything prior to procedure and the extraction was completed with absolutely no pain, and in a calming and professional manner. Really good service.

I can't thank the staff at Queensway enough. I had a lot of problems with my wisdom teeth and I was in agony. I was so scared of getting them removed but the staff made me feel at ease throughout. Dr Matthew Dorman was fab, friendly and gave me lots of reassurance. I don't remember much after being sedated other than him and one of the ladies in the room chatting to me calmly at one point which really helped! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for making what was a scary experience for me such a breeze!

Queensway out of hours service is amazing! I was in agony on Friday night so call the emergency line on Saturday and was seen 2 hours later. Emily was super helpful in sorting out the appointment and being welcoming on arrival. The dentist on call (Ian) was fantastic, and although I had an infection which needs antibiotics- by Monday morning I’m feeling a lot better! Such a professional, helpful and friendly dental practice.

Dr Will Carter is an outstanding dentist and he has worked with me every step of the way to get the desired outcome for my new smile. I have had a number of treatments carried out at this practice by Jane Gosney; a highly skilled dentist; very friendly, caring and genuinely interested in her patients. Jane always talks through all options thoroughly, is very clear about the treatment options and importantly the treatment costs. She is very honest and upfront about what is essential and what is not. With all of this comes trustworthiness. I’ve never trusted a dentist as much as I trust Jane. Since I moved to Queensway as my regular dentist, I have been really pleased with my teeth and the care I receive. All staff are excellent; they are professional and really care. Overall, this is a great dental practice. I would strongly and unreservedly recommend Jane Gosney to anyone. She is not only an excellent dentist but her manner, approach, care, interest and overall people skills are simply outstanding.

I seen Dr Jane Gosney and from entering the practice had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. At the consultation all my options were clearly explained from what would be needed for oral health and any cosmetic treatments that could be performed to improve the appearance of my teeth. Had a number of fillings replaced, followed by whitening and 4 veneers and this was a comfortable experience. Throughout Jane was attentive and ensured that any concerns were addressed. She made sure to explain everything up front and I never felt pressured into a certain course of treatment. I have already recommended Dr Jane Gosney to friends and family requiring treatment.
