Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE who works for Staybridge goes above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast team learned of my daughter's allergies and every morning of our stay prepared a special bowl of fruit for her. The dinner team kept me laughing. They are never too busy to socialize with the guests. The variety of meals is awesome! The front desk staff is fabulous and so very kind. Our room was more than we could have hope for or imagine. So clean. The beds feel like heaven, the shower is perfect for practicing operatic solos, and the suite itself was actually r o o m y! We had space to relax and not get in each other's way! Did I mention, clean?! My kids said they felt like they were on a cruise. The only thing that messed with the cruise comparison is that we had to go to school/work everyday. Ha!

Staying here, the rooms are fine but for the first time in a very long time I was asked to leave the common area because I have a dog. Mind you she is my service animal and wearing a vest. I told the receptionist that when she came to ask me to leave while I was enjoying a glass of wine and she (my pup) was laying next to me. As someone who stays in hotels 120+ days per year I now remember why I switched to Marriott. Never coming back.

I dinged a star due to the first room being a smokers room and second had some issues too. Rooms: pretty nice for suites. Unfortunately they allow pets and the furniture has suffered due to it. I didn't know otherwise I would not have booked here. Bathrooms: the towels were torn up which is a result of pets. Shower was small and had dents in floor. There was no hot water in shower! Breakfast: they have good healthy options, youguet, drinks, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, omlets, potatoes, sausage, bread, bagels...pretty normal continental standard. Fitness center: it works, but the workout machines are dated and make a lot of noise on use. Staff: they are awesome and very nice every last one of them!

Highly recommend! Family & pet friendly. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants. Very clean and beds are super comfy. Room stocked with everything you need (plates, glasses, etc). Staff always on sight and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. They had a good selection of breads, yogurt, and juices as well. They have a beautiful pool area with a large seating area and barbecue pits. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Webster area!

Big quiet room on the 4th floor. Staff was exceptional. Good gym. Good breakfast. Nice mix of people from NASA, students, military, families. Great location. Good vibes. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a bad experience checking in the hotel. The person at the front desk lacks people skills or technical skills to work. Seems they are over worked and venting that to customers. Bad start, everything else about the hotel was good including rooms, breakfast ..

My room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the space themed art everywhere. Front desk staff was very friendly, evening receptions with complimentary food and drink are a really nice touch. I didn't care much for the location in suburbia, but there are several restaurants within a relatively short walk and many within a few minutes drive. The only negative thing I can say is that the water pressure in the shower was very disappointing.

Very good and clean hotel to stay near NASA. My only disappointment is i booked for 2 rooms and asked them to give it closer. They gave me one on east corner and one on west corner. Water in shower is like a skate board force. Thats the only issue. Apart from that everything is good in this hotel. Front desk women are so friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the Memorial Day weekend. I was very pleased with the service. Pet treats were provided! Breakfast was good which there was a variety every day. The staff was friendly and kind. Sharaffeh who was at the front desk had a kind and delightful personality. We will be back! The rooms were a good size and the beds was very comfortable. Our room was clean with new towels and washcloths every day.

I stayed here for a week on a solo business trip so I got an idea what was going on. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable time here. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable and I found it easy to sleep. The laundry room was a big plus when staying for longer than a few days. Three nights a week they do a "social evening", laying on some free food and drink, which was a nice touch. Some aspects of the hotel do seem a bit tired and could do with being updated, e.g.t he in room dishwasher, outside grills. Also, the in room kitchen area ventilation is not great...two fire alarms during the week (one my fault!). The single use plastic cutlery also not something I am used to. Still, overall a stress free stay, thanks!

Big clean rooms, really big shower, nice pool with lights at night and a hot tub, games to play, theater with comfy seats, and a big delicious breakfast. The staff here was so nice. Another hotel cancelled our reservations last minute and the staff worked with us to squeeze us in on a really busy weekend. Would absolutely stay here again

My daughter and I stayed here with our pup and we were very happy. We especially liked the pool. It was small but inviting, and it really looks like the pictures. The service was nice and the room clean. The only negative was to be told the dog fee was a deposit when the $75 is a non-refundable fee. They don’t have that information on the website so she called three* times to confirm it was only a deposit. Dog fees are standard, we would have paid it— but they should be more transparent about it. Other than that, we loved our stay.

We only stayed here for 1 night but it was great. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well stocked with anything we might need. The bed was very comfortable and had both soft and firm pillows. The breakfast was great as well with both hot and cold options. Check out is 12pm which is nice and keeps you from feeling rushed. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here!

My team and I stayed here for a week for work. We’ll definitely be back. This is our favourite hotel in the area! Great breakfast with different options every day. Staff are great, very kind and helpful. Even the standard rooms are enormous, and all have a kitchenette and couch. My only feedback is the waffles need some maple syrup but I’ll bring that with me next time.

The downstairs breakfast area was nice and food was good. Pool looked nice. The rest was disappointing. Room 301 was a disaster! Shower wouldn’t drain, very little water pressure, usb outlets on lamps don’t work, key card/door locks gave us lots of trouble - including a late trip where manager had to come unlock the door, drawers won’t stay closed, last day of housekeeping didn’t look like they did more than pick up the towels. Just very disappointing. We will not be back.

Room wasn't clean.. looked it until actually got in and used some features. Couch had a white stain, didn't want to know what caused it, dusty drawers, drapes had tape on them because they didn't block the light, spots on the floors, dust on the toilet paper holder, dirty dishes in the suite. All this experience was made by the Room service assigned to clean. Recommend training staff how to sanitize

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I am super impressed with this property. It was a great experience, from check in, to the room, engertainment. Pool patio area and breakfast were all exceptional. Have you ever been to a place so great, that you are just in AWE? They have done an excellent job with renovations. I can't wait to stay again!

Arrived yesterday evening after a long drive in the car with two young kids. First impression was that the carpets were very damp. I called the front desk and they let me know it was likely due to the routine carpet cleaning. Looking around, I noticed the floors in the kitchen had dust and residue in the corners. There is clearly spilled liquid off the surface of the small seating area that had not been cleaned. I also noticed staining and a pungent smell coming from the common area couch. One of the cushions was competent permeated by a strong urine odor. In one of the bedrooms, there is a sticky stain near the foot of the bed nearest to the window that had obviously not been addressed. The staff has been courteous and listened to my complaints and there is a plan for us to move rooms today. Bottom line: this is absolutely an unacceptable first impression and general experience. Even if we switch rooms today and receive a discount, this was completely disruptive and frankly, a disgusting experience for a first night on vacation. At this point, I wish we would have just stayed home. Please ensure that your rooms are cleaned and inspected before checking a next guest in. Someone clearly dropped the ball here.

There were ample towels but no towel racks in the room. The room was pleasant & clean. The key cards did not always work. Had to replace ours & so did other guests. There are no adult hours at the pool, so we had to share the pool & hot tub with the children. By the time the kids got out, 9:45 - 9:50 & a few childless adults got in, we were promptly chased out @ 10:00. They do welcome pets though & although we didn't partake they appeared to offer a really great breakfast. The dining area was packed every morning.
