Yeah, so without looking closely I have a lovely fence. A closer look and we realized they didn't use nearly enough screws (there are whole segments of fence just using gravity to stay in place), the correct length of screws (where there are screws many are two short to actually hold onto to anything), or the correct type of screws (a lot of screws are rusting, we are replacing with stainless steel). Cool thing, we went to Tri-City Bolt and Screw 10380 US Hwy 19 N, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 I love going to Mom & Pop instead of Big Box stores. You go up to the counter and talk to them. They got us the two lengths with the same head. It would have taken forever to find at where-ever. It wasn't expensive either. Win-win.

Tri-City always has the right hardware for whatever project we are working on. The guys there are always fast & helpful (especially when I don’t know exactly what I’m needing!). If your screws are loose, come here and get tightened up!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had lost a set screw for a refrigerator handle. They had me in and out within 5 minutes. Definitely a solid business for any fastener needs.

I work for a plumbing company and come here when I need a specific type of bolt or screw. This place has just about everything! And prices are reasonable. The men working the counter dress well and are very helpful and nice.

Have bought fasteners here since 1984. Great staff, unbelievable stock of fasteners in various materials. Not only bolts and screws but just about any supply you need to cut, drill, etc. To complete your job. Open Saturday mornings which is a huge plus and their prices are the best. Easy to find, park, and get your stuff. Huge time saver compared to big box stores.

Needed some sheet metal screws and longer wood screws I was in and out in 10 min they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock with the bits as well.

Hands down the best place to take care of your fastner needs. Excellent source for related items as well, great staff as well. For me it's a10 mile trip and well worth skipping past the other places I could go. Highly recommend.

The customer service at Tri City Bolt is exceptional! I went looking for a particular hard to find item and they had it. I didn’t have a copy of what I needed, but they were able to figure it out and sent me home with the correct item. All of the big box stores did not carry what I needed. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My experience was satisfactory because sometimes what your looking for the merchant doesn't always have but they will do they best to meet your requirements. I was happy with my purchase very reasonable prices and the people are very cool and friendly. I kind of envy the people that work there. I wish I had a job there. But I understand tri-city bolt and screw doesn't just hire anyone. My father use to work there and I was happy to go back there to his old stomping grounds. This is the BEST hardware fastener store bare none! All sizes always in stock and GREAT service. It is a pleasure shopping here. Never buy from big box stores again.

Staff at the counter are eager to help you find what you need , you dont have to be a contractor to get quality help , And what i like is you can buy one screw or one thousand screws.

Glad they were open on Saturday however I got charged almost $20 that would have been $10 or even less @ pinellas fastener.

This place always has exactly what I need. They are much cheaper than Home Depot and they can help find what I need in seconds… it takes me 30 minutes at the big box stores. Recently came in for a few replacement screws for my boat and it was under $1! Just wanted to leave a review and say thank you to these guys for making life easy.
