Such a lovely coffee shop! The Food from here was impeccable, definitely some of the best brunch food I’ve had in a while and worth the money too. We went on a super busy Sunday and although they were fully booked inside they managed to seat us outside. The staff were very friendly and attentive! Although we didn’t get to sit inside, the interior was gorgeous! Reminded me more of bar/restaurant vibes but still super chill! Definitely a place to go for a cosy Sunday brunch, breakfast with the family or even a date!

Great place for breakfast, nice extensive menu with plenty of options to choose from. The place was quite busy when we went in but the food and drinks still came in good time. The food was still warm and I must say the pancakes with tiny bits of sausage in were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is very big and filling. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend trying this place out 👍

Had an incredible breakfast here at the weekend. The breakfast hash was delicious! Beautiful coffee and decent seating outside

Amazing brunch as always. We usually go to the Dale Street Moose but this time we were one Hope Street. Food was great and the lads even washed it down with so of the Moose Beer. We will of course be back.

Despite free tables that weren't reserved, was told I had to sit where I was told. Coffee watery and weak. Charged for cream instead of milk but was not told. Potato hash undercooked and too pricey given the minimal amount of other ingredients. When I politely mentioned a couple of points, was defensively told off for not saying something sooner. When I said I had, the waitress flounced off. Other waitress pleasant, which is the 1 star. First and last time to Moose, sorry guys!

Cool venue with a fantastic food menu. The struggle with this place was deciding what to have to eat. The menu is extensive and full of great sounding dishes. The food tasted amazing, backed up by good coffee and service. I recommend booking though, they were all booked up until mid afternoon, but we managed to squeeze in outside. Overall, if you're looking for a great brunch, head to Moose.

Moose Coffee does the best brunch in the city. There is a reason you need to book ahead on a Sunday morning! The food is amazing. The pancakes are fluffy and thick, and the eggs are always cooked to perfection. The Bronx Brunch (sausage, bacon, peppers, hashed potatoes, mustard and cheese topped with eggs) is beyond conpare. And all the staff are lovely. It's also dog friendly, and my coffee drinking friends tell me the coffee is excellent.

Decent service, good food, hard to find a spot if you haven't booked, big portions (as you'd expect in an American style place). Eggs Benedict well cooked, hollandaise on the thick side but taste of all components came together. Avocado and eggs, again, well cooked/prepared but was missing some heat. Waffles were tasty, heavier than what you usually find in the UK, could really use the syrup and butter they came with. Good overall as an experience but missing the extra element that will make me want to visit again.

We just showed up without a booking but the hostess helped us work out a table to have brunch. We enjoyed our coffee and the eggs were great. It was fun to see grits on the menu!

Love this place. Amazing North American breakfast / brunch. Really recommend the Bronx Hash and the pancakes - both absolutely incredible. The coffee is pretty good as well. Feels like you're eating somewhere like Twin Peaks.

Nice little breakfast restaurant chain which specialises in American/Canadian breakfast and brunch dishes. This restaurant has a large selection of both sweet and savoury breakfasts which are prepared quickly and don't fail as to quality. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is as one would expect. This restaurant can get fairly busy around lunch time, which is not at all surprising, but either side of these hours it can be quieter. A benefit of having two restaurants in the same city, within a short walk of one-another. The breakfasts provided are quite heavy on the pallette and the stomach, and so as a normally light eater in the mornings I'd probably steer clear until past midday, but if that's what you're keen on then you couldn't find a place more appropriate. I would describe the dishes as slightly more pricey than other breakfast restaurants I've dined in, but this is a matter of perspective. You can always check their menu to see if the cost is to your liking in advance!

Enjoyable food and lots of choice for all types of diet. Long queues at busy times so you'd be wise to book. A little overpriced but good quality fare.

The service was impeccable, but the pancake wasn't great at all. In fact, it was rather disappointing. I ordered Double Dutch Pancake, and it was so dry and the pancake would stuck on my teeth and mouth ceiling. I was expecting a moist pancake, so it was quite disappointing. The place was beautiful and well decorated, especially the ceilings.

Food was very lovely and the portion sizes are absolutely massive! The staff were quick to fix an issue we had and were very helpful. Coffees were lovely too, we sat outside which was nice but the interior has a nice vibe also.

We went for a late lunch and wasn't disappointed. Great menu and the food was amazing. Portions are on the large size but we're not complaining!

Egg Benedict was dry with stingy amount of Hollandaise (barely covered the egg). The brisket was so dry and stringy I nearly choked! Very disappointing as Moose Cafe in Manchester had always been amazing. I think the kitchen staff need more training, it's not the same level of care as other locations I have been to. Table next to me sent her sourdough with avocado back as it was freezing! The service was lovely however and the flat white was the best I had.

Felt rush, some staff again came across hostile and food has dramatically increased. Not sure I'll be visiting for a while, and after many years of always reccomending this place, it's not a place I would any longer

A place that does not disappoint when it comes to breakfast. Where eggs benedict taste very good. They have all kinds of breakfasts, both for people with sweet or salty palates. It is a very busy place, I recommend booking in advance. The service is not so personal due to the fact that they serve many people at the same time and as I have already mentioned it is a place that really fills up with people. Thank you for the wonderful food.

Our favourite place for breakfast/brunch in Liverpool. Amazing food, especially the pancakes, and the service is always great.

My pancakes were lovely, fluffy, thick and pretty large in size. The cookie dough milkshake was delicious too. Will definitely visit again.

A bizarre Canadian coffee shop that is AMAZING!! Food is so so good. Staff are really helpful and the shabby chic with weird moose overtones is brilliant.

My wife tells me this is the best place for American breakfast in Liverpool , had many meals here, never disappoints, update, had a late lunch here 31/08/2023 almost had the place to ourselves, staff brilliant as always, highly recommend,

Always great food and service here, friendly staff. Staff gave complimentary birthday pancakes for my husband with happy birthday written to them. Very grateful. It's a noisy place but that's because it's only small, it adds to the atmosphere.

We love the breakfasts at Moose Coffee. This one in Liverpool is near the Cathedrals. We booked online to make sure we got a table. We ordered flat whites while we perused the menu. We eventually decided on the triple eggs Benedict and a smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Everything was thoroughly delicious and service excellent.

I always have a great experience in Moose. I was early for my booking but the staff were great for accommodating my early arrival. Jasmine is an absolute angel sent from heaven! She had such a great vibe and was very friendly and professional. The coffee was great and the food was even better. Thank you for a lovely time 💗

Staff were very friendly, which straight away gave me a good impression of the cafe. It felt pretty authentic, since there were quite a few items on the menu in which you wouldn’t find in many other places in the UK. There was a very large menu, with so much to choose from. I went with the waffle stack with bacon, but when it came it was pancakes instead. However this is only a minor mistake since they are both very similar. The food was delicious and came within reasonable timing. I would absolutely love to come here again since this was the perfect place for me to have breakfast.

Went the moose cafe today for first time was lovely food lovely staff and lovely place to go as food was done to perfection cant waot to come again and try the pancakes.

The positives; great atmosphere & aesthetics and the portion size of my pancakes (Double Dutch) was perfect. The vanilla latte with oat milk was spot on and I also like the ‘merch’ too (I bought a poster for my son which he loves) The Negatives; It took 35 mins from ordering for the food to be delivered. The tables surrounding us were all wobbly and small, and the fruit portion on my wife’s brioche toast was pitiful (especially for the price) the bacon bits and sausage in my pancakes were very small and finely cut too.

American approved! I went here for Thanksgiving since it’s American and Canadian and it was amazing. Atmosphere is so cozy and decor looks great. Food was so lovely and both me and my fiancé loved it. The servers were all very kind to us and since it was quiet when we went they even chatted a bit with us. Coffee is also great! Lovely little place!

The breakfast pancakes are absolutely delicious. Paired with the signature hazelnut latte would definitely make your morning happy. The portion size is good and filling. I have also had the toasted sourdough with mashed avocado and dressing. Absolutely delicious. The portion size is very very good.

The place looks great, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, *but* it took over half an hour to arrive, despite us deliberately not ordering pancakes as we were told on arrival that pancakes would take half an hour... It's not a good look to have several waiting staff just standing around by the kitchen. It wasn't even that busy.

Really nice place for a breakfast! Portion size good but the prices were higher than in other places with the same offer. Staff was so friendly 🤩 You need to book a table in advance on the weekends otherwise you may have to sit outside 🙊 Pancakes 10 points out of 10 🤤

Staff were friendly and efficient. The food for our brunch was delicious and very substantial. I had the vegetarian Manolito , which I could happily eat again and again.. not on the same day though.

Me and my friend visited on Saturday 23rd October. We are both regular guests at moose especially dale street and Crosby. We have never been treated so rudely. We both felt like we was a bother. We got to the door. A lady was just standing there then in the most rudest tone I have ever witnessed when eating out “have you booked” we got walked to a table then she just turn around and walked away. Luckily we knew what to do because of pervious visits. The aggressiveness and rudeness continued around the restaurant as we sat and watched her abruptly taking to other customers and staff the same way. We left a short while after this. Not a enjoyable experience this time round

Different location, same excellent food and service. Pancakes are amazingly fluffy and I love their homemade fresh potato hash. Cosy and warm, they are also dog friendly!

Amazing place, customers service was outstanding and food was delicious. Was my first time visiting and shall be back me hubby and kids enjoyed our time here. My sister and newly brother in law held their mini wedding brunch here with immediate family after their official wedding yesterday before we celebrate with everyone with a 2nd wedding on Saturday. Staff here went above and beyond they decorated their reserved area with wedding bunting, balloons and flowers. It was a beautiful surprise. My first thought was that a member of our party had been to do it before the wedding but was infact the lovely staff here at moose hope street! Nothing was to much and a lovely time was had by us all ❤ thanks everyone 🍾🥂🎉👌🏼

We pre-booked the day before after being recommended this café by someone who lives local. We arrived at opening time as we'd been warned it gets busy and it had certainly filled up by the time we left. We were greeted and seated immediately and the staff were very helpful. The tables were well spaced so it didn't feel packed inside. The menu had a very good selection and the meals were very filling. There was so much choice that there's something to suit everyone. My teenagers loved it there and we'll definitely go again. We walked there from our hotel but there is meter parking outside. We went early so parking spaces may be harder to find during busy times as there weren't many free when we arrived.
