SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM So, where do I start!? Ordered and never recieved my order via Uber Eats. Oh they took my money, told me twice within the space of an hour it was ready and leaving the shop on its way. Then another 45 minutes later no sign of it.

Having ordered food for delivery, we were told it would be 40 minutes as they were busy. ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER, I called to complain. The guy on the phone was non-appolagetic and quite frankly wasn't interested in what I had to say. So, told them to stick their food where the sun don't shine and that I wouldn't be using their services again...... 100% will not be going back there - AVOID !!

Ordered never received food, unable to get through as line always busy and when did answer just background noise.

Waiting nearly 2 hours still not here, phoned a few times get the line busy tone when I do get through it's extra time the last time I called they said give it 10 minutes it will be there. Diabolical service! 100% don't recommend anymore... use to love this place gone down hill so much! EDIT..... food finally came after 2 hours food is lukewarm and taste like its been reheated - didn't read the notes.... such a shame.

always order from here always 10/10. but tonight's been poor. late delivery down to driver dropping it at wrong door, and food just not cooked properly.

We order from Henry’s regularly and know that it is slow delivery and they usually tell you if your order will be delayed. Tonight I phoned up after an hour and a half of waiting to be told it will be another 20 minutes! I put my order in at 17:32 and it was finally delivered at 19:36! Cold. My child should’ve been in bed, not eating his tea at that time of night! Will not be ordering from Henry’s again!

Absolutely disgusting how we are treated by this busines every single order we have all placed from our flats has been wrong every singal time we order were all sick and tired of this now when where spending hundreds of pounds with you so we've decided as a building where not coming back to your take away also for app needs to be updated big time and also your staff need to be retrained in customer service... Just gone back on their word to make good for a mixed up online order. Don't trust them as don't keep their word! Been going there for years. Disappointed is an understatement!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Never going there again. Disgrace! Go to Billy's Kebab over the road. Well better!

Never been so disgusted with a takeaway meal in all my life. The smallest kebabs I've ever recieved, it's was like we were given the scraps off the floor the amount we recieved in the very dry pitta breads. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered food from here, got told they never had the stock to complete my order and refused a refund!!! Would go anywhere else!!!!

Hot tasty food, just what we wanted. Sat in to eat and service was prompt and exactly what we ordered. Whilst sat enjoying our food a staff member brought us some complimentary fries with red salt seasoning! Very tasty would definitely return.

Something was off with the burger, not sure if it was the sauce or salad. Poor quality of salad (lettuce) burger wasn't eatable at all

Unbelievable, had to ring after 2 hours wait for food that was meant to be 45 mins. Rang up, told the driver was at top of the road ..... unsure what road. If you are busy, tell the customer when they order ffs

Owner is a lovely gent and stuaff are friendly food was delicious and love the fresh naan breads they make for kebabs to order do recommend

Never come here, you'll be waiting over 2 hours for your food! Rang them well over 100 times and couldn't get through when j eventually did he said driver on his way he's 5 to 10 minutes away.. fast forward half hour still no sign couldn't get through on the phone again. When he eventually turned up surprise surprise the drink was missing so I said where is the drink he said there wasn't any on the order so I said receipts in your hand read it then he huffed like a little girl. If it's a 2 hour wait then change it on Just eat that way you won't get negative complaints because its expected!

Phoned up to order a meal to be delivered. It was 9pm and they answered the phone but did not speak! I waited then put the phone down. Rang back to be told to hold the line which i did for 6 minutes and no reply!!! WHAT A JOKE i wont be calling again!!!

Food always good and came in good time,they missed an item and came back with it straight away.

FOOD POISONING🤢🤢🤢🤢Just ordered last night from them,beyond the fact that pizza it was greasy and sogy, we got a really bad food poisoning,me and me husband being really sick after we eat from them,lucky that out son didnt whant any! We will complain further to the health department but till then everyone needs to know that is not safe to eat from them!

We have just ordered pizza, garlic bread and wedges, this is the 2nd time we have used Henry’s pizza. 1st was lovely and hot this time a bit disappointed as lukewarm.

Fist time ordering from them and the food was delicious! And also the food has been delivered fast. ! Really recommend order from them

My mum and I went to Henry’s tonight-the food was amazing. The service and staff are fab. Omid was so welcoming, warm and lovely and made the experience here so good! We highly recommend!

We ordered via Just Eat. Right so talking about the food: kebabs were ok, had better before but overall they were tasty. I think they should have more salad and both me, and my bf, think that it should have way more sauce. Chips were ok. Spring onions were a little bit mushy but still ok. Spring rolls? Personally think that the £1 Iceland spring rolls are more tasty. Overall I'm happy with what I had and it was nice. Now, moving on to the issues. Portion sizes. I ordered a large doner tray and my boyfriend ordered a doner kebab. While a had a lot of meat, his looked more like somebody forgot to put anything. Also, the size of the coleslaw.. two teaspoons. Really? The additional sauces are coming in the same size pots..

Ordered on a Saturday evening and food came really quickly. Pizza pollo, garlic bread and chicken tikka kebab all delicious and hot. Delivery driver (in a red car) was very friendly and chatty. Thanks!
