It is good but I heat the fact that related to the refund policy, generally good place for all your sport needs

Horrible company. I have purchased a pair of shoes and the heels in both fell apart in less than a month! I've tried to exchange them (didn't want a refund) but I have been denied as the shoes were worn. What kind of conglomerate does not allow you to return an item if it falls apart? Especially that the shoes were not cheap... How else would I know they are of poor quality if not by wearing them? Absolutely appalling. CSA was really nice tho

I'll never shop here again! I ordered a pair of size 5 sandals online and they sent me a 6! I complained to customer services, and they told me I could send them back, but will have to pay the postage for that too! You supposedly get refunded for that but I wouldn't hold my breath! I could only get a credit note when I returned in-store, for the price of the sandals but not for the postage I paid. It was their error sending the wrong size, so they should have credited that to me too. I would have been happy with that. Very very poor customer relations. I would have given no stars if I could.

Difficult to find what you're after in the store as there is so much stuff packed in there. Items are organised into categories but there is little indication of where those categories are located in the store. Fairly low prices and there are frequent deals but service is lacklustre at best.

It was OK, quite a good selection of sports wear. Though the staff went through the motions, in my opinion, just doing minimum effort. Interaction at the till was zero and folding and packing non existent.

Sports Direct is a well-known sports retailer in the UK that offers a wide range of sporting goods and apparel. Their Liverpool location is known for its impressive selection of Liverpool FC merchandise, catering to fans of the local football club. While many customers appreciate the convenience of shopping online, it is important to note that delivery fees and policies may vary depending on your location and the products you are purchasing. It is possible that some customers may find the delivery costs to be higher than they would prefer. If you are considering purchasing items from Sports Direct Liverpool online, it may be a good idea to compare their delivery fees and policies with those of other online retailers to ensure that you are getting the best deal possible. Additionally, some customers may prefer to shop in-store if they are able to do so, in order to avoid delivery costs altogether. Overall, while Sports Direct Liverpool may offer a great selection of products and services, it is important to be aware of their delivery fees and policies before making a purchase.

Asked a member of staff who was working on the floor, if they have one item. She said she would go and ask her colleague and that I wait a few minutes. After 10 minutes I saw her behind the till serving other customers and nobody came back to me.

Bought a pair of boots SD in Liverpool last November, worn half a dozen times and the heel literally came away. I took them back to my local store but they refused to do anything about them saying I had to return them to the shop they were purchased from. Staff member was very abrupt and dismissive.

Racist and Disgusting Staff- my brother bought a ball yesterday and was met with profanity and racism by the staff member who asked him and his friend to wait while he filled their ball up and then proceeded to question them simply based on the color of their skin. It is horrendous how in this day and age getting simple services at a store leads them to talk down to you and treat you poorly

Terrible. I entered the store early in the morning when it wasnt busy. Some staff running obviously working hard whilst others were leaning on clothes racks talking to each other. I asked one of these for a location of a product as told there were 'over there' (without any indication as to where) before she turned away and continued to talk to her colleague. Despite stickers showing generous mark downs on products the final price wasn't much different than in other shops. Product range was limited and the tidiness of the store resembled a jumble sale. With this and the (some) rude and lazy staff, I would rather go to any number of different shops in future.

Bought a faulty item in the store and it turned out only after I returned to my country. No one is willing to help to solve this issue, or find a suitable solution, horrible customer center, only copy paste replies.

Lots and lots of stock, for which the prices seemed reasonable but spoiled by having too few staff at checkout, despite there being many tills that could be pressed into service!! The staff all have walkie-talkies but don't think to summon more staff when a queue builds 🤦

Staff at the till need more training, it is an absolute disgrace !! rolling their eyes on customers, was talking to one staff and her colleague came and start arguing with me , pretending that “she could hear us and that her colleague was right” when the colleague herself acknowledged that she did not hear my request whilst she was writing. Wanted to go buy to buy some more stuff but did not wanted anything more after this. You’ve lost money on that day because of your last and lost a customer forever.

Just on the L1 store itself....helpful staff when asked to locate certain hiking gear. However, at the checkout, after paying for items and £1 for a bag, the guy pushed my bag towards me knocking the whole tray on hand sanitisers on the floor in front of me. He then huffed, rolled his eyes and just stood there....so I picked it all up and placed them into their holders whilst he watched me tutting away...extremely arrogant and full of himself!

Lee on shoe sales was as professional as they come. Sports direct could help him more though with shoe size boards. It's easier if people know what size they need than guess and make twice the work for the staff. Even if it's a floor sticker and some wetwipes it's a big help for the customer service delivery.

Good range of products but was very hot in there and only had one changing room available

  • 1/5 André l. 1 year ago on Google
Best place to feel like a thief. They watch you from the moment you enter, until the end. Especially if you are a foreigner. today, after buying sneakers for my son, my son showed me a boot and the salesman almost grabbed his neck, thinking he was going to put it in his bag. I felt extremely humiliated. Racists and xenophobes. Never mor!

Sport Direct is a delightful place to shop for sports gear; from football to Jersey, sports briefs for male, female and children. They have bags including different brands of luggage. I got myself one tho a bit pricey but great quality. And not to forget their staff are courteous and helpful.

Well equiped with variety of goods, however not enough fitting rooms. So the ques can get quite big, ncreasing the time you spend shopping by waiting around to try something on.

The worst company I’ve ever seen, useless costumer service they never reply back to your email. There is no contact number I bought a pair of trainers which was sent to me the wrong item and charged me for delivery and return. Not recommend at all 👎🏻
