They really helped me get the right hair extensions for my hair appointment at a salon that was right upstairs. I visited them 3 times on the same day because I was so confused on what hair to get. The staff there, of mixed ages and gender, are extremely helpful! Great atmosphere in the shop! You don't feel bad asking a million questions about certain products, they are happy to help! They even have experienced hairdressers working there so you know you're getting the right advice! They sell all sorts from makeup by the till, to hair care products by the entrance and more importantly, hair extensions for braids - synthetic and real human hair. They even sell wigs at the back! If you need anything hair related, this is the shop to go to. Easy to get here, as soon as you enter St. John's Shopping Center at the main entrance, they are located right by the escalators. Note: There isn't a refund system, however they do exchanges instead. For instance, I bought 9 hair extension packs but they were the wrong type. They said I couldn't do a refund but I could get the right hair extensions for the same price and they do an exchange! I was happy with that. If the other product is a bit more expensive than the first, then you just pay the difference.

This shop is inside St John shopping center in liverpool city center.. The shop is owned by Arabs.. They sell hair accessories,makeups,hair extensions of different colours, wigs of different styles and colors,weaves... They also sell treatments for African hair.. They have shampoo,conditioner,hair dye of different colors... They have earrings too

They do have everything you need, but expensive. I am from London and know that what they are charging is a lot compared to what I use to pay in London. Plan on buying all the stuff I need in London my next visit.

Its good. Especially for black or mix people because they have most of the products we're looking for and more.

No prices displayed, they make the prices up as they go. Got home to find out i had been charged £50 more than the own brand rrp and hair had to be removed after a month. Go elsewhere don't waste your money

This place is ok as it has a good few products but they are very overpriced. I've regular brought items like this all my life and now I'm in Liverpool their adding pounds! Onto items. It's not right, things that cost £5 everywhere today are like £8 to £9 in there. Massive rip offs

Went in looking for a long curly ponytail, matched my hair perfectly and when asked to put it on a clamp as the one which matched was a drawstring one, they kindly did it for me

It's awesome place where you can find most useful African items, there is Indian Workers they are friendly people but the only downside i guess is that they don't know if the product works or not when you are unsure of something but it doesn't matter that much overall great place i would buy something again if i need to 🙏
