Went for my sons second birthday and it was brilliant. Singing dancing clapping and Yuness made it very special for him. Food is amazing. Something to remember. We will definitely be back!

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. The atmosphere is like nothing else I've been to, they're setting things on fire, feeding customers (it's funny), dancing and clapping to music, brilliant! If you're after a candle lit dinner for two, then maybe not your place. But other than that it's a must try. The food is delicious too. We all had the fillet mignon and everyone enjoyed it. It's a tad pricey, our bill was about 160 for 4 of us with some sides and a couple of puddings, but well worth it.

Went for my Birthday, atmosphere was genuinely amazing and lovely staff who made the experience 10x better. Would definitely recommend for a group meal. Quite expensive but for occasions wouldn't go anywhere else. Would recommend

We came here on Sunday evening during our overnight stay in Liverpool. We ordered a burger and chicken and rice dish. Unfortunately the burger came first and after many enquiries the rice dish then arrived. One server truly made up for this by sending to our table complimentary ice cream for my daughter, baklava and Turkish teas. Really appreciated that.

Felt like we were the centre of there attention. Food was amazing too. It was a little on the pricey side. However as we received an absolutely amazing service it was worth every penny. Would recommend to visit on special occasions as they really make an effort. Food here is halal too.

I had been to the Manchester branch first a few weeks back and tonight my Husband bought me to the Liverpool branch and I loved it more than I thought I would! I initially thought as it is a smaller branch, the quality may be poorer or even the service but boy was I wrong! The food was Amazing and the service was Wow! I really felt taken care of and the staff were so kind and welcoming I honestly can't wait to go back! We had amazing Service overall and from Yussr and Batu who were lovely! Thanks guys.

Beautiful steaks, definitely one of the best i have had in Liverpool, and the price is very fair. Amazing staff, lovely service, honorable mentions for the staff: Yussr and Batu. Can't ask to be any better

The food was amazing. The price was expensive and the students discount is ridiculous. They apply the discount for the student him self only. What about my kids. Also, they make it in different bills and charge you for the service for each receipt. They make me laugh. I hope they change their minds about this because it’s not a good idea. I reduced the stars because of the price and student discount.

Nice place, meat is fresh… and tastes nice . Good service. Slight negative is it’s not cheap, so be prepared to pay good money, but I guess it’s due to the fire display experience and standard for a slightly up market food joint.

I read many reviews about this place and decided to try this place and it way exceeded my expectations. T Bone steak was perfectly cooked as medium rare and chief cut it on my own table. When he done with slicing it in into pieces he selected best piece and feed it to me from knife! Such a great unexpected experience!

📍Liverpool Lovely atmosphere so lively and fun! Loud music, friendly staff and great service. They accommodated us with a table straight away and was asked numerous times if we wanted anything. It’s always super busy so I recommend you book it online like we did. There’s more action inside than the outdoor seating, so be sure to have a seat inside. They sang happy birthday and lit a sparkler for my husband which he was happily surprised about. The staff made the experience really enjoyable, with big smiles and even bigger fires! We ordered cheesy meatball and ribs alongside starters and everything was delicious and well presented. They chop the food in front of you, do a little funny dance to make you laugh and feed you a bite. Overall 5 stars, can’t recommend the Liverpool branch enough! Thanks guys! 🙌🏼

ETCI MEHMET was an amazing experience! I absolutely recommend this place if anyone is reading this comment right now, the service is top class and real fancy. The food is a great portion and affordable, drinks are also superb. A must go if your in Liverpool or going down!!!

Service was exemplary and very helpful. Food was second to none.. steaks were cooked to perfection (Med-rare x2). Would HIGHLY recommend and really good, high quality eating experience. Also, massive props to Mo, our server, amazing!! 10/10

Been to all three restaurants with the Birmingham restaurant having the best atmosphere followed by Manchester and then Liverpool. The food across all three is the same and to be honest the level of customer service too. I've gone for the Etci special burger this time and although it's quite steep in price I was left feeling very full so will justify this on this occasion. The bread of the burger could be more fresh or slightly bigger to accommodate the ingredients. Also the chips let the whole meal down in terms of quality not sure if they cooked them too long or they are frozen ones. Definitely give this restaurant a go.

I had the lunch offer, the portions were generous everything was delicious, cooked perfectly and all ingredients and sides were clearly prepared freshly. Great value and excellent food I will be back! Thanks to Mohammed my waiter who was very friendly and attentive.

Really nice food, well presented. My burger bun was cold. But the rest was nice. Bit overpriced but you get what you pay for.

Awesome food and customer service by Batu. Excellent lamb chops, baba ganush, salad and fries. Very delicious. Amazing baklava for dessert. Would definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to friends and family. They played songs by Tarkan for us too.

Went here for an anniversary meal. One of the best meals we have had and the staff are excellent, very very helpful. My wife wasn't sure which steak to get so the waiter took us both over to look at the different options there were, again just very helpful. Also the showmanship when bringing over the food really made the meal special. Definitely would advise my friends and family to go here.. will definitely be going again 😋

Excellent service fabulous food amazing night full of theatre. staff great, incredible helpful couldn't have done anymore on an exceedingly busy Saturday. The manager found a table at the time promised despite not having a booking. I would recommend for both small and large parties

As soon as you walk in you are quickly welcomed by a friendly member of staff and ensure you are sat on a table. Food arrived in a very quickly manner and it was presented very well. Food was absolutely delicious and tasted very fresh. Calm music was being played which gave a good vibe in the restaurant. Table service for steaks was also very impressive. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful steaks, we had the mustard dallas and the mustard Tbone. Both were perfectly cooked, the staff are very attentive and the atmosphere was great. LOVE THE MUSIC please bring a ETCI to newcastle!

Showmanship is a word that springs to mind. Seems to be something they're big on here and it was a good laugh. Lots of music, dancing and fire shows! The food was yummy too.

Ordered a starter “BBQ beef ribs” as my main, which was scrumptious. The chicken burger was yummy too. Love the mint tea, sweet and nice. It’s so good that I even saw Diogo Jota eating here.

After going Birmingham branch. This branch is also really top notch. They welcomed us with open hands. The service was amazing. They went out of their way and recommendations were of the best. Would definitely be going again very very soon. Top marks to the waiter Brother Younis. Exceptional service from him.
