Great gym I was able to use for a month in gianyar. Very friendly staff. Personal training is available at reasonable rates, the promos are good to sign up. The staff can speak little bit English however due to being in a back street there were no western customers.

A very decent place to train your body. The place is wide and clean, as well as the staffs are also great! Besides, the price is also affordable; Rp125K in the first moth and Rp100K for the next month (per January 2023). There are a lot of machines, like two Smith Machines, eight Pull-down Machines, and wide-variety of dumbell. Very recommended for students and beginners. And the best part is all of the machines, barbles, and dumbells are rusty-free. But, keep in mind that you should bring your own towel to keep yourself dry. The other drawback is that they only provide few lockers. Sometimes, we can't store our belongings because the lockers are full. Edit: Wow. The owners of this place take my advice into consideration. They added a lot of lockers (previously only 9 lockers, but now 27), so we don't have to worry about our belongings. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Gym and open 6am daily! I have been starting my exercise since thi s Monday.. almost everyday.. love..love..love it so so so much. highly recommended 💪🙏
