Quiant little Mugg & Bean in Savannah Mall. It's not quite small, but spacious. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food and coffee arrived quite quick too! Enjoyed my time here and will come here again soon!

I love this breakfast place. The food is great and service is always very good. Although it is not just for breakfast. The coffee is outstanding and the range of juices.

Veggies were undercooked and wings (which is actually winglets) were burned. They have some of the sweetest huge muffins. The staff is nice though.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of enjoying coffee and a California breakfast with great service from Joseph. Today spoiled myself with some more coffee and mouth watering, satisfying, moneys worth breakfast and helped by William. What a gent! Thank you Mugg & Bean I’ll be coming again soon👍🏿

Very lovely space, good for catching breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The waiter was very friendly and made sure i was comfortable. The chocolate mousse was to die for.

Wonderful service by the staff at Savanah Mall. Thank you Mugg&Bean for making our family birthdays special. For the past 5 years we have been ordering birthdays cakes for 12 January ,30 October and 29 Dec, and the cakes are always 👌. Special thanks to the baker, Johannes, Moses and all the staff.

Our table was not properly clean. Food was cold. The waiter neglected us for over an hour after bringing the food. We asked the someone to bring us the bill. He located our waiter. It took him another 15 minutes to bring the bill. Poor management

I enjoy dining at Mugg and Bean for its exclusive menu and quality of food. The meals could be slightly better prepared to keep up with the Mug and Bean standard, but otherwise I had a good overall experience at this establishment.

We were serviced by Tshepiso and we loved his service and Energy. We also appreciated that he recommended something’s for us and we love it.

The food was great except excessive salt on the chips. However, I was able ro shake it off. The service was excellent and is always on top.

I was very unimpressed that the waiter told me I have to sit where he serves because he prefer that. The new menu is very hard to handle don't like that at all. Coffee is always good!! Love the cake!

Mugg and Bean is very loud for me when trying to have meetings or a temp work spot. They put sugar in almost everything. My rye bread was brown bread 🤣🤣 The service is slow for me. Maybe others are cool with it, but nna ain't no way, I'm waiting 10 minutes for just bottled water. The smoking door is left open, even by waitors sometimes. It's not my best spot, really. Positive: I just like the mega muffins for takeaway, and I'm out.

Needed a quick breakfast with colleagues, and we got it. We were quite a large number and we were accommodated. Great service.

Had a cuppacino. No free biscuit because baker is day off. However manager replaced cookie with full sized cookie. Well done on catering for your customers. Breakfast was excellent. Walter the waiter was very good.Will see you again!

Excellent customer service!! The gents at the door where super. Wifi bandwidth is fantastic too. More food options and it will get a five star rating and also because Bottomless coffee isn't bottomless.

I had to send back my order twice. They just didn't seem to be able to get it right. Eventually I had to order something completely different, paid full price for a toasted sandwich, but had to decline all the available side dishes. This was the worst restaurant experience I have had to date. Needless to say, I won't go back there again
