I use the drive thru and it's satisfactory. I just have a problem with the huge humps that scare the bottom of our cars. I don't even get why they are there.

Worst service ever! The staff is so unfriendly. Everyones food took long and they dont even comply with covid restrictions. The lady who was supposed to be stationed at the door sanitizing everybody walking in, was busy chatting with her friend outside. The ladies behind the counter also seemed a bit lost in their world. The customer service is beyond poor.

Poor service ever. I called in first to place my order and no one answered the phone. When I was in the the shop I called and still no one answered, they just watched it ring, when asked why they not answering the phone they gave me the run around. The same teller lady doesn't know what is what, you order two rock my soul 3 with chips she gets confused, you have to explain... 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The service here is horrific and prolonging. The staff does not take their clients serious and even miss the order. There is a drive "fly" through but is better just to walk in and order because I took about 45 minutes with only just 3 cars infront of me and a normally working day.

Hey. All I can say is I can see a slight trend / difference towards accteptable service since fewer newer and a bid vibrant personnel; but the service sucks in this area shem!!! Am very much worried about hygien and lack of bathrooms too!!! It doesnt even deserves a start. I just put it because a prompted / forced to put one.

Came here to grab some lunch as I was hungry. There was a queue but the cashiers were fast. The service was excellent and cashiers were friendly. I couldn't sit inside as most of tables were already occupied.

The tables were dirty the shop is always full of flies. I have experienced this twice. The staff Is completely rude and know absolutely nothing about customer service.

We ordered wings and were told that we shoukd wait for ten minutes. When we checked the time on the slip and the one we have, they dont correspond at all. It seems they temper with the time settings on the till so it looks like they are lying about the waiting time. There's nothing wrong with being honest about the waiting time for food.

The chicken is wet of oil and very dark brown in colour, very very salty and the ladies that work there totally know nothing of hospitality and don't care for chicken licken customers. You lucky if assisted without any kind of bad attitude. They say there's no supervisor if you ask to talk to one.
