The place is good in terms of cleanliness and accessibility. But, We had the worst terrible experience at this Lodge... I deeply regret booking there. And I advice anyone against it, don't even think of booking there. Their service is plain horrible. The staff is rude(except lady at reception) and make you feel like they are doing you favor by assisting you. They don't have microwave in the rooms and the dude working there was not even accommodating when we wanted to warm our own food in the evening.

The department booked us in this place very disappointing, the facility is ohk but the food is horrible, Sunday 10 April 2022 we check in we were offered rice, oxtail curry no veg no salad they used archar n chutney as side who serve that even at my house I dnt eat such nonsense and dessert custard n jelly which was watery who does that. Monday breakfast horror n lunch chips n dry fish no sources then comes dinner custard had skiripoto inside I complained n the guy did nothing. The owner of this place is extremely selfish he uses one person to cook n for reception, the guy is Zimbabwean(musasa) does know how to cook. I will never set my foot at this place believe me. Horrible, horror, disgusting, disturbing.... On the photo attached custard e na le skiripoto can u imagine. Black business I have no words

The rooms were very clean, and most of the amenities were provided as advertised. But free wifi was not provided as advertised, at least in the room I occupied.

I have visited this place a couple of times. Its clean, and neat. The pictures don't lie, its really what you see on their images. I have not used their restuarant yet, but all the other facilities are good.

Put Lebogang at the front all the time and Kutu is going very far. He is the best face for a host. So friendly, even when we had a bit of a incident, he was so patient and kind. Thank you so much. We were greatly accommodated

Disaster at its best, firstly the room that we were allocated didn't have hot water, towels, evn essential, the was hair on floor looked like the only prep the bed, We notified them in the morning only to be moved to the room where someone was just woke up from, the bed was not mad the was rubbish on the table cups were dirty When asking to speak to the manager I was told that I can't and the receptionist swear to me, and confirm tht I'm just wasting my time to try taking the complain anywhere I would recommend the inspector to go check the place

Air conditioners do not keep the place cold. The rooms are hot and humid. Worse still prices go up each next time u go there. I have not been there in over 1 year because of this. They may have changed.

Had a great time with my brothers, Lebogang was very helpful. Will definitely be returning when business arises again in the area. However, this thing of guests having to call or wait by the gate for it to open needs to be address, very inconvenient.

You know what this place is spotless in terms of being clean. Staff members are definitely on point, sweet and kind. The place is quiet and has a pool they don't show on the website which is pretty cute. HOWEVER I feel management is ripping us off because we cant blame the employees they just work here. For one, we have pay for ironing any piece of clothing even if we don't use laundry facilities. The reason being "ironing in the room is not allowed". Pure rip off. Secondly, they want you to contact reception to iron but yet no telephones in the room? we must use our own airtime to request for ironing that is paid. I mean really. Thirdly, for it being a conference center you would expect WIFI speed to be atleast 10Mbps but I am trying to work at the lodge and EVERYTHING on the internet we must wait for it to load. You are a conference center, please upgrade your package. Fourthly, the breakfast is ridiculous, they don't serve a simple thing such a bacon. its a lie. But you can book for holidays I guess but not for business stay.

1. Booked a twin room yet received one key when my friend required her own. 2. 1x shower gel etc when there's 2 individuals booked to the room. 3. No microwave, no hairdryer, no dstv, no bin in the room, no iron yet it's classified as a 4 star lodge. Paying to wash your laundry, I understand, but the nerve of requesting to pay for ironing. I think the stars apply to when the place initially started, definitely not now. We had to request that rooms be cleaned despite the 4 star rating where such service is expected. 4. Rooms are not cleaned unless you request cleaning. Also, not full toilet paper was found in the rooms and this was not replaced the following day. We literally had to walk to the reception to ask for toilet paper. 5. Staff require serious training on customer service and keeping the facility in order. 6. The security guard was on point, checking on us and great efficiency in terms of facilitating entry to the premises.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you ask where partial cleaning is done. Toilet paper not replaced in rooms. The lodge is not deserving of 4 stars. No soaps or lotion were placed in the room. The fact that they don't indicate that Breakfast is not included in the rate is a big no no On the plus side, security guard is friendly and efficiently opens gate.

In terms of customer service, they need more training.

Microwave for our food please and the TV was not working.

They are not accommodating, we arrived before check in time & we asked for a place to change cause we were going for a wedding & they didn't help us. Our rate was best & breakfast but we were told there was no breakfast
