3 SLOW cashiers on a weekend. Really??!??!! Waited for about 20mins in a queue all to just buy 1 thing.

I have been calling for over an hour and nobody is picking the phone, and when they do they just say "hello " and keep quite or cut the call, very bad service

Clothes are slow to change

I personaly love ackermans. But we have recieved bad service 3 times now 2nd time I just left it. But now I am so dissapointed you the bad service at Ackermans Mall of the north. I did send a friend there to Ackermans she works in the mall aswell I send her there since I can't get the time to go there myself. I saw a pajama set that is my absolute fav set Mini mouse pajama set black and online the price is R129 is a special she goes and check if they have my size witch the online store said there is a sime medium in store she goes sends me a photo of her holding the Mini mouse pajama set black and then she asked the person working there is it on special and he said no it is not on special. But online it says please check instore for it because it is out of stock online so the person would not even do the effort to go to the mannager and ask if this item is on special or juts even go to the cashier to check very bad service 3 time now. Like I said I personaly love ackermans but rally the people working there are very dissapointing
