    Have not had a very good experience with several BWW for the last couple of years. Decided to give them a try again on the way home from visiting family out of town as a sit down family meal. The way the economy is, it’s a big deal to eat out as a family of 5. Anyways I was not to impressed with the atmosphere going in. Smears on everything, crass language from other diners at lunch and a bathroom that needed cleaning and some actual repair work to the stall. But decided I would give the kitchen the benefit of the doubt. Our order was taken and my family’s meals arrived first but I waited a good 30-40 minutes before the sever checked on us. She had forgotten to check on my meal and we had to inform her I had not received mine. She let us know it would be remade fresh. Well another 10 mins went by and I finally got it. Several of the boneless wings were tiny! and still not hot.. It should have been taken off the tab honestly for all that. Normally I don’t even leave reviews but I felt this needed addressing.

    We were told kitchen staff was limited so most of the menu was unavailable. Sweet tea was gross so that was also a no go. We ask for mac&cheese but was told the microwave was broke. Wings were ok but service was very slow. Got tired of waiting for server so my wife went and refilled my soda for me. At some point the restaurant has become so ridiculous that it's laughable. It would take some big changes to ever get me to come back.

    Normally, it's a great chain to eat! This was an off day for this location! The chicken strips were approximately ⅔ of the way cooked! They were rubbery and inedible! We didn't argue or complain, just boxed them up and used our air fryer at home! The location was clean and hardly had to wait to be seated! Everything else went pretty well! We waited on several drinks and requests but also realized they were busy and getting busier! We may give them another try in the distant future, but there's a lot of choices all around!

    Upgrade to the building is great. Food has gone completely downhill. I’m attaching a photo of “what used to be”. I have many more… Completely fell off the rails. I used to love this place, it this explain why it’s empty. They don’t even car when you inquire about your wings looking awful. They say “we are busy”. Please bring it back BDubs. I used to love you so much. Food has completely fallen off. Service doesn’t care.

    My first time at Buffalo wild Wings, reminded me my college days. Service was slow but I won't mind it as I am well aware about staffing situation. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was great. Wide variety of sauces and Rubs. Fries were fresh and crispy. Overall it was great family dine experience.

    This used to be our family favorite restaurant for years. Sadly, since the pandemic started they haven’t been able to recover the customer service and food quality they used to offer. We gave them several chances in the past year and it’s just not the same anymore. Customer service is poor, dry and cold wings and let’s not forget that they raised their prices (6 wings for $14.24!) but their menus haven’t even been updated to reflect the new prices. I wouldn’t even mind the price increase if the food and customer service was good but it’s not. You are better off ordering wings from across the street from them, $15.99 for 12 wings every day of the week.

    Sadly it's always something, this time it was one cook. I ordered the brisket nachos(which I requested to come out with our families food, it came 20 whole minutes before.) and I ate two or three before leaving the entire plate on my table we also ordered Cajun dry rub chicken wings bone in, they were perfect like the best we have had so the one cook knew what he was doing but we also ordered a side of fries and never again. But the service was great..

    Low quality fried food. I ordered fried tender nuggets, tater tots, and fried cauliflower. The chicken had hardly any meat and the breading was over-cooked and actually broke a tooth! Sonic's tots and chicken are better. $23 to eat sub-par food and cause me to have to see the dentist. Service from the server was great but that was all that was good about this place.

    I'm not getting around so well these days and I walk funny and use a cane. When we got in the place I noticed it was very stinky, bad odor. When the person seating people saw me and the person I was with. We were told there was no booth for us and instructed to go sit at the bar. However. I noticed 2 empty booths on the way to the bar that was very hard to get to because the tables were so close together I couldn't get through with my cane. We sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one came to ask us if we would like anything. It was upsetting so we decided to leave. We did let the manager know what happened and how we were treated though. He offered us free wings which we declined. I'll never go back there. If they're going to treat people with disabilities like that then I don't want to support them.

    I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is just pathetic. Went there with my girlfriend and we had ordered an appetizer with are food but didn't get it until I had to remind the waitress when she dropped my girlfriend's food off. Then after my girlfriend got her food I waited another 20 minutes just to get my burger and fries and to top it off the fries were cold. The waitress never checked on us didn't get a drink refill until I asked for the check. I will never go back just not worth the headache.

    I love wings. BWW has a lot of great flavors. The food was great. We had six different flavors. When we got there, there was plenty of room and we immediately found a booth. The first problem was it took over an hour to get our food. The second problem was that all the wings were not labeled and were touching each other, so it mixed the flavors.

    6.22.23 The new remodel wasn't obvious due to uncleaned areas. Food for table came out separately which made some folks wait on food while others were ready to eat but did not. (Because it is rude to eat while your friends wait). The new manager was apologetic but still working to improve. We may try again in a month or so. Sucks not having a decent BWW in the area.

    Called regarding a doordash order with no tamper stickers. Gentleman who answered the phone was very short and rude. When speaking with a manager named either Izzy or Lizzy she said they no longer use tamper stickers since covid ended. That response surprised me considering people are still dying daily due to covid. Manager was short and rude as well. Asked if it was BWW or doordash policy that doesnt require the stickers. Manager very rudely said she doesnt work for doordash. I let her know I understand and thought she may know since their store partners with them. Food was old and cold and chicken was undercooked. Called back and spoke with the same gentleman to get the managers name and at first he didn’t want to give the first name then said “You’re wonderful “ in a rude snarky tone before disconnecting. I've had wonderful servers at this location so was very disappointed in management and the team member for handling the situation so poorly

    I had a horrible experience with a server named Kristen on 01/04/2024 @ 11:58 am. She should probably not do a job where she dislikes being a server. She took our drink order and she said we had to place our order online. However the app says it's a bar order. Just to keep it short, she's not friendly.

    Ultimate nachos??? More like DISAPPOINTING nachos!!! I paid $13 PLUS taxes for this monstrosity. I paid $13 for CHIPS with a dash of toppings!!! My husband and I decided to come here for a late lunch while we waited for our kids because it was nearly EMPTY inside. Our waitress stopped caring about us when a party bigger came in.     The American Cheese Burger was just ok, and boneless wings. I had some intestinal issues afterwards, not sure if that was because of the food, but i felt fine before eating there. The celery sticks had brown slimy parts so i didn't eat any, yikes! Our server/bartender was nice.

    BWW has consistently good chicken, but I have had one problem at this location: every single time I order, I know to check the bag, because something is missing. Every single time! Sometimes it's the ranch or other sauce, other times it's the veggies. There is no way I would trust this location with delivery. I always pick up, because they forget something. It's a shame and they should fix that. Solid chicken though! Favorite wings around here for sure.

    This place is in no hurry to seat you, take your order, serve your food, or even take your money. From the time we took our order, it took over 45 minutes for the food to come out. When we finished our food, it took over 20 minutes to get a ticket. After we got our ticket, it took another 25 minutes before they took my card and let me pay for my meal. On a not particularly busy day/time, there is no excuse for this. I should not feel like I'm being held hostage at my table. I understand that everywhere is pretty short staffed, but I have had far better service at busier restaurants with less people serving tables. It is extremely rare that I don't leave a tip because all I expect is for a waiter/waitress to do their job and I will gladly tip 25%-30% for just that. But this was one of those times where not only did the servers not meet that basic standard, but the entire staff as a whole failed to meet that standard. An order of wings and fries is not a meel that takes a total of almost 2 hours to complete the whole process of ordering, eating, and paying, especially when it's not packed and it's not a game day.

    Everything was amazing. Our server/ bartender was awesome as well. Boneless wing night is still a great deal. A friend and I arrived towards last call and our server still let us order and finish our wings even after they closed. We will be back.

    This location is filthy and run down! They can’t even clean the menu in between guest using them. The menu I was handed was covered in sauce from a previous guest. The booth that we got seated at is torn up with holes in the seat. Very disappointing I would recommend going else where

    terrible customer service. our food took almost 2 hours to get out, and when it did, the order of a chicken sandwich with bacon and pickles was incorrect. we asked to get it fixed and the server was extremely rude. when she came back, she brought the bacon over and slammed it on the table. still no pickles, still terrible service.

    I ordered the buy one get 50% off 20 wings total and a side of cheese curds. The cheese curds were VERY greasy tasting. I fed them to the dog. Our wings were extremely dry and chewy. This was the worst experience. We are usually very satisfied with our order but unfortunately not this time.

    Went to pick up a to-go order last night that was suppose to be ready when I walked in.. after waiting 30 minutes they came and asked me what was on my order... I watched them finally ring it in and failed to even tell me the order never was received. I had a 2 year old with me waiting an hour on an order. They failed to communicate the issue with me at all and was completely unprofessional. The man working the front desk needs trained and re-trained again on professionalism. I will never go back to this location again.

    we had about four people ignore us when we walked in before anyone even acknowledged us. when someone finally did, they asked us about having ids for us to sit down in there and eat. i didn’t have mine on me at the moment but my boyfriend (who was 21) did. even with this they refused to seat us saying independence is enforcing a curfew. we weren’t getting any drinks just eating. so we left. i thought maybe there really was a curfew but still we tried another sit down restaurant near the area, and what a shocker, they didn’t ask us about ids. and when we asked, they seemed confused and said they knew nothing about a curfew and would only need id for drinks. we were lied to because they couldn’t serve us or didn’t want to. very disappointing. also very understaffed.

    The waitress we have had the last two times was great! She was sweet and made sure our order was correct! When we got seated it was awful there was to guys completely drunk and being loud and rude. They either worked there or knew who did because they went in to the drink station. They kept serving them alcoholic drinks after I asked to be moved because they where drunk and cussing and loud.

    We use to love the place, however the food now comes out cold and takes forever. The last few times we have been it takes forever to get seated. They had one table in the building the other day with 14 people at it. The lady said I'll have to put you on a wait list as I am the only one here. We will not be returning to Buffalo wild wings at this location ever.

    Get no stars. Service was not great. On a weekend how you gonna be short staffed and 2 cooks only? Communication between workers was terrible. Plus we weren’t advised there was an hour rate. Waited an hour and was told had to wait another 30 mins. We said no && left after leaving money for the beer. Still charged us for the food we never received. Our server did her best but shouldn’t have to run bar and serve. Never once saw a manager. If we knew we could have chosen to leave. What went from an amazing day, trip to KC, spending time with friends, great winning game to it being absolutely destroyed the whole mood and vibe by walking into this establishment.

    horrible ongoing experiences at this location. Second time no chicken sandwiches due to being frozen. Cold food they never offered to fix. wife's food came out exactly 1 hr after mine. Manager had zero solution for when I voiced concerns. They.donot care for customers or would have warmed up food. Will never step foot in this location again! Managers need trained to fix issues not stand and look at me with deer in headlight look! I already filled out online form for complaint. Owner needs to train managers to fix problems and not give excuses!

    Got traditional bone-in wings that could have been cooked just a little less but the flavor was good. The onion rings were delicious and my daughter enjoyed her macaroni and cheese!     The food was standard. I went for the national championship game itself. The restaurant was surprisingly empty. Surprisingly so. The prices on wings specifically are surprisingly hot. But they have lots of flavors. And we have the national championship for at least one year.

    This was our fav place to go but after last visit we decided not go there anymore. The service and the taste of the food was better before, and it is getting worse and worse with each our visit. I believe they are saving money on everything. We ordered nachos and they brought us tortilla chips with little sauce and other stuff on it. It was not pleasant to eat dry tortilla chips with nothing on it. Also there was not vegetable salad that they used to serve with the wings. The service was not so good either. We order ultimate nachos with chicken and it came without. When we asked to correct our order they brought us little chicken that was not even shredded properly.

    Syd was amazing, she was the only server on the floor and had the entire floor to her self. She rocked it. Yes she was overwhelmed, but she still did a dang good job of taking care of all customers. Plus I loved their Buffalo chicken wrap, it was amazing!! Definitely going back for that wrap, I will for sure get pictures when we go back!
