Like many places, this BWW is being impacted by staffing shortages. On arrival, the dining room was half empty yet there was a 30 min wait due to a shortage of servers. Then once we were seated, we were told there will only be a limited menu of wings and salads (no burgers etc) because there were only a couple of cooks. The servers are making the most of a difficult situation so it’s not their fault, and tbh we just wanted to watch NFL so beers and wings are fine, but it does make the experience a lot less fun. I hope this problem gets solved in our country soon.

I got some Honey BBQ wings with fries and was actually kind of disappointed. Johnnys Tavern has better wings that BWW.

We got two orders of wings and two watered down margaritas. Our server was standoffish and inattentive borderline rude. The host who sat us was lovely though, cheerful and friendly. It took quite a while for the food to come out in a mostly empty restaurant, not worth the price.

It's not like your expectations should be sky high going to any Bdubs, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. Alexis at the bar took 15 minutes to even look my way, even though it was a Monday night at 8:30 when I walked in (no, MNF wasn't on). There was maybe 4 other people at the bar. It took another 5 to come take my drink order, and 15 more to as if I wanted food. When my wings finally came, they were cold, rubbery and barely warm. I waited another 30 minutes to try and get another drink, but never could.

Food was great service was ok could of been better but overall it was great. I recently went back to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say the wings were amazing had the habanero ones they were delicious and Julia are waitress was amazing her service was great

The wings were so good I ate everything but the bone. I called this place to congratulate them on such fantastic wings and the manager, Dave, said he’d go around and high five everyone so I’m hoping he stays true to his word. We recently came from a place that had a horrible BWW that I gave a second chance to and still messed up our order. I was hesitant on ever ordering from BWW again but this place restored my faith in them. Great job!!

Very fast service, incredible bar staff, and the wings are always properly cooked and coated with sauce. We had BLazing CAROLINA REAPER and cauliflower wings with Asian zing sauce.everything is fantastic

These people are either stupid or lazy, or both. They can never get an order right. I order the All American plain with Swiss cheese. This is what I get!!!! It's not hard, it's not rocket science! Plain with cheese is just that.. Meat, cheese, bun. You friging people need to pull your heads out of your a$$e$. Your all fired!!!!!

Ordered togo order I live 4 minutes from store it 30 something degrees out side. Pick up order there is 3 customers in the store, drive back home and I don’t have sauce from Wings and fries were old hard and greasy wings also. Called the store was asked do I want to drive back for fresh fries. no excuse for the quality of food..

Wait staff was on point, seated super quick our food came out almost immediately. My only complaint was there was barely any sauce on the wings. We ordered the sampler platter with the boneless wings the sauce was the honey garlic and didn’t taste sauce on them at all. I ordered the spicy garlic (since it’s probably the best sauce ever) and Thai curry (another favorite) couldn’t taste the sauce. I wanted to ask for some on the side but I didn’t want to be charged for it. Honestly wonderful wait staff. Super quick and very friendly. Just needed sauce.

Ordered food to go at 3pm, had a pickup time of 5:15. Got there at 5 and was told running an 1 1/2behind. Totally get it, its a busy night. So i come back an hour n half later and waited another hour and half before getting food. The thing that really got me is they were making all this food for folks that cancelled and not folks waiting there. Bet several hundred dollars wasted on orders not picked up( see pics attd). Also the young staff cared more about the game on tv instead of the customers. I will give kudos to the manager who kept his cool and finally got my order.

Stopped in for a late lunch so it wasn't busy at all. It seems like we might've gone right around shift change or something. It took the food a bit of time for having such an empty restaurant. The food was just as good as always. I got a chicken wrap and my girlfriend got some wings. It was supposed to be from the lunch menu that included two entrees with fries and 2 drinks from the bar for $30. We paid a lot more than that but we had an extra drink and/or there were some exclusions we weren't told about. I got a bloody Mary and my girl got the blue Hawaiian

Great bar atmosphere. The bar staff were great as well. The only thing that i did not like was the food temperature. I like my wings hot, and unfortunately they may have been sitting too long before being served. The food tasted great just wish it was fresh when i got it.

Ordered $50+ worth of food and wings with sauce on the side. Drove all the way home and noticed there were no sauces. We called right away to speak to a manager and she was rude and said for us to just “come back and pick up the sauces” we live 16 minutes out and by that time our food wouldnt even be warm anymore. She kept saying they wouldn’t even provide anything off for the mess up and that she couldn’t do anything. We asked for her name and she proceeds to hang up on us. We drove all the way back to get the sauces and a “manager” by the name of Samantha who hung up on us earlier didn’t even apologize. Very rude and not professional at all. Seems like the “manager” needs more training. We are calling tomorrow to speak with Gabe.

I have eaten at numerous B-dubs in the past. They are generally and consistently the same and, from my perspective, generally great quality too. I think that this B-dub is no exception. We had a nice server and all of our food was good. It’s been a year since I had been to a B-dubs, so I was pretty interested that the prices were reasonable.

The waitress was good. Took our order, came by after the food was delivered, and asked if everything looked good and came by later for drink refills and then the ticket. The food was alright. It wasn't too crowded when we were there. It was clean and had a lot of TVs with sports on them.

The drinks and food were good and reasonably priced. The only issue I had was last call for alcohol was at 10pm but they closed at 1am. It's weird that games are still on but you can't order anyone drinks. Other then that we had a good time. Plenty of tvs with different games.

I don’t know if it’s new management or what . But I brought my family there for a late dinner. It was very slow in there and we were sat down. Waited for 15 minutes while 3 servers were just chatting amongst themselves. Finally asked for our server. We got our orders in . Our server was good. We waited for so long for our food. We could see our food was up but it was not brought to us . It just sat there in the kitchen as servers walked around. By the time I got my wings they were cold , barely any sauce on them . I didn’t want to complain to our server at the time because I didn’t want to have to wait awhile for food to come back out. This place is different now.

Love the food here. The service has never Impress me until this evening. Aria is a host that need to be Recognized for her hard work and professionalism don't let them. Her work ethic was outstanding. She was by far the busiest person in this restaurant that I saw. Aria should be promoted soon.

Food was great, but our server did not do a great job. Everyone around us received much better service. My husband got his food and then almost 10 minutes later I got mine. We asked for our check and Togo box and after waiting for them 15 or so minutes we asked a different server for the same thing and got them within a couple minutes.

I got served flat beer and a cold burger! When I told the bartender, he smiles and says but the service is good though right? Are you kidding me? Then hands me a check with stuff I didn't order. I ask him to make sure he charges my card right and he ends up getting mad at me for pointing it out to him and asks me to leave. The audacity of this guy, like unreal!

The server (John) was very nice and attentive to our needs. The Everything Pretzel Knots with the cheese dipping and the wings were delicious! My wife got boneless wings with the Garlic Parmesan and Sweet Barbecue flavors, and I got the limited time Flaming Hot Doritos and Teriyaki flavors. We also tried the limited time Mountain Dew Legend (that you can only get at B-Dubs), it was amazing, best flavored Mountain Dew I’ve ever had! I would 10/10 recommend going here and trying different flavors of their wings!

We showed up very late after our first choice for dinner was having short-staffing issues and nearly everywhere else was closed. But our server was as friendly as if it was the beginning of his night and worked hard to take great care of us, even correcting a kitchen error despite me not complaining about the mistake - he just noticed it himself and made it right. Our food was great and everyone was happy despite how late we were having it, and making three teenagers happy with late dinner is no easy feat. Thanks and I hope to be back soon.

During our visit we sat at the bar. Not something I typically like doing. For some reason they were only serving wings and sides it wasn't a big deal. I ordered the mango hobinaro wings they were awesome 😎. The bartender was kind and very attentive. I ordered the spiked football drink it's a new item on the drink menu. He let me know it was his 1st time making it , he could have fooled me 🙂. It was delicious I'd definitely order it again.

Thursday night football and BOGO boneless wings so I expected there to be a wait for our food. Then they delivered our food to the wrong table. We watched as the gentleman at that table sent it back. Shortly after (less than 5 mins)the waiter comes out with our food. We tell him we saw our food at the other table, is that safe? He said " oh they threw those away and made these fresh." However the wings we received were barely warm. Mistakes happen but to lie and impact my safe... Unacceptable.

I’ve always had terrible customer service here for the past 12 years now. My boyfriend and son has never had a problem until now. I hardly ever go here due to the lack of good service but my son wanted to go for his birthday. It took about 10 minutes to get greeted. The server walked past our table multiple times while my son needed a refill. Many other guests had issues, the table behind us wanted to see the manager. She came out and did a horrible job addressing their issue. We understand mostly every restaurant is short staffed but you can at least make sure your paid customers are treated well. My boyfriend works in the food service industry and he has never tipped below 10% until now. I’m never coming back to this horrible place.

I highly recommend this place because the flavor of the wings is far superior to Wingstop's. They only serve wings fry's and sides right now but the size of the wings is pretty solid for the price! Pro's: Great tasting wings. Decent wing size. Good tasting sides! (I really enjoyed their wedges) Cons: The rest of the menu like burgers isn't available at this time. If the wings had a slightly smokey grilled flavor before sauced they'd be 5star. All in all you won't be disappointed with this location if you a wing fix on ya!

Usually this place has the worst service that you could ever even imagine! But recently, the service was great! Hopefully this is a new trend! Love the restaurant, idea, food, etc. But service has always been horrendous! The fact that all was finally good made me post a positive review! Keep up the great work!

Not to bad. It's more modern then the old one.
