Instantly I felt comfortable with their professional advice and I am incredibly happy with the result! Before I proposed, I needed two rings re-shaped and Onyx provided a quality service, they kept me updated with extra work on the rings and the end result far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic amazing jewellery and workman ship. I took my wedding ring in a week ago solid silver all bent out of shape (no idea how I managed that) they worked it back into the perfect shape re-set the diamond settings and re silvered all good as new for a remarkable price. This is the best jewellery shop in Nottingham. I have used them for many years for purchases, sales & valuations. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and give the best customer service. I recently wanted a new pendant and matching earrings, Erica could not have been more helpful spending time trying to find me exactly what I wanted, which of course she did. Brilliant service and excellent choice of jewellery.

I visiting onyx over a week ago and dropped off my engagement ring to be cleaned up ready for my wedding. When I collected I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. It looked brand new and looks perfect with my soon to be wedding band! I then spoke about my fiancé’s ring and it needed resizing and sadly it couldn’t be done so Erica helped me with picking a wedding band for my fiancé. Not only was it a good experience purchase wise, but the shop Is a very friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go back in the future. Thanks ever so much.

Wandered in today to have a look at wedding rings. Lots of choice and designs and the lady that served us (the owner I think) was lovely and very knowledgeable. We left with exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price and felt particularly good about it as we were also supporting a local small business. Only issue for me is I also spotted about 10 other things that I really wanted. Better get saving!

Took two silver chains in not a week ago to be repaired, one was absolutely totalled! Less than a week later both look brand new again! Good price and massive help! Thank you again. Lewis.

Lovely and caring staff, who were incredibly helpful when helping us chose our ring size. I got a bit emotional seeing the ring when we collected it as it was so beautiful and they had done such a good job. Would really recommend it to anyone in the local area.

I took my gold onyx teardrop earrings in for new stones as they had fallen out and they were a present from my late mother in law, so they meant a lot to me, the onyx was replaced with beautiful purple coloured stones, i am so pleased with them and i love wearing them again, lovely customer service, thank you so much. I had my sentimental breast milk ring absolutely destroyed by a miniature donkey 😂 it tried to eat if off my hand and almost took my finger with it. I had to get someone with pliers to bend it so I could get it off my finger. This photo does not give credit to what a terrible state it was in. No only was it bent, but it was actually twisted. It literally had tooth marks in it. I took it into Onxy, and we were unsure if the could fully fix it but they did! They've done an incredible job, it looks brand new. So pleased! Would recommend a 1000 times.

Extremely helpful and absolutely NO pushy sales tactics, I came in to simply have a chain repaired and this lovely ring caught my eye. Although I didn’t purchase the ring, I was never felt pushed.

I had fantastic customer service from Erica throughout the process of choosing an engagement ring for my partner. She was helpful and supportive, and I never felt pressured at all - she absolutely wanted me to find the right ring. Because the ring was a surprise, the free resizing was really appreciated, especially as Erica managed to get a super quick turnaround on it so my fiancée could wear it ASAP! Really great experience from start to finish! We'll be back for the wedding rings!
