Booked from Groupon for an hour massage. Arrived there early to find it was closed waited for her to open up. I found it quite unprofessional for her to be late, as I had to wait for her open up and set things up. The place could do with some tlc as it looked very run down. The massage started at 11:05 and she was done at 11:50 didn't get my full hour massage. Instead she went to make a phonecall and was chatting on the phone! If you are not going to give an hour massage then don't advertise it as a full hour. Misleading!!

I had a Groupon booked which expired 28th September. I called 21st to book, she was in hospital and said she'd call me back the next day. No phone call the following day, so I called on 23rd, no answer. I called 4 more times and messaged 4 times on Facebook. All Facebook messages were opened and ignored. I then got an aggressive rude attitude on the phone today (when she finally answers) because the Groupon expired. Even though that is because she failed to get back to me! I have print screens of everything, I'm shocked to be treated like this and have my money wasted.

I have been a loyal customer for around 3 years now. I have fibromyalgia - which she suggested I speak to my doctor about in the first place - and I haven't found that anybody else can get me the pain relief that Shabana can. If I need it to be gentler for my pain tolerance, she's great at moderating it; and she's happy to chat or not chat depending on what you'd like. The shop is quite small and the facilities are not fancy, but the quality of the massage you get is really good. She has everything you could need or want, and you also absolutely cannot beat the price. Bear in mind it's just her on her own! I find it's best to message via Facebook so she can respond when she's not with a client. I won't go anywhere else, and I've brought my mum before who's a convert as well. She's a pretty key part of me managing my health conditions - to a point where if I move away, I'll still come back here for her.

I purchased a groupon for a massage and the lady calls me as im outside her shop to tell me one of her family members is ill and she has to cancel I traveled all the way from the other side of Sheffield for my appointment She promised she would call me to rearrange its been 4 months still waiting for this phone call

I’ve had the best massage I’ve ever had with Shabana. I had a deep tissue and Indian head massage and they were both incredible, she even let me use her sauna at the end of my appointment which was amazing. I absolutely recommend her and I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Shabana.

Service was amazing every time, welcomed and was left to it which is lovely. The atmosphere in the room walking in was calming and comfortable. I bought a voucher through groupon and took my granddaughter Ellie who has learning disabilities. She was treated with kindness and respect and was asked about the pressure and treatment throughout. The lady was very pleasant. Ellie thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

I always take my mum here and the lady is lovely. She always ensures that you get what you pay for and dedicates the whole time to your massage which is amazing.

I had the best massage I’ve ever had here. Shabana is brilliant. She uses just the right amount of pressure. She’s definitely worked through some deep knots without it being painful. Shabana is the best , she really makes you feel at home and takes the best care , asking you what pressure you would like etc, I had lots of knots and she worked really well to get them out .She has a lovely massage parlour at her home which is very homely and relaxing with music and cables etc, she also has an infrared sauna which is fab. Would deffo recommend taking a visit . I now visit for a massage once a month👍🏻x

Fantastic ladies only massage relaxation den. Beautiful view of Sheffield as you turn around after parking up. Welcomed by Shabana who told me where everything was and made me feel comfortable. Beautiful clean setting and excellent massage especially where I have been really tense. There is also an infrared sauna there too.

I had the pleasure of having a full body massage, Indian head massage and 10mins in the infa red Sauna.. I can truly say that this was a lovley experience. The lady was lovely.I Had lots of knots in my upper back,and she worked really hard to get them out. My body was soo tensed. Calming music was played throughout the duration of the massage.. I highly recommend this place. Ideal for any occasion even after a hard day's work... This was my treat for myself for my birthday this Sunday...I will definitely be rebooking back in..
