It’s usually 50/50 on whether or not your order is on time for both delivery and pickup. Not to mention just about everything important gets substituted or dropped. I was inspired to leave this review because today I placed a pickup order (which inevitably got delayed so I had to come later) and when I received my groceries the meats were nearing lukewarm and the frozen meal bags were at temps the meats should have been. I am tired of this locations’ subpar service.

Unfortunately, Walmart has more employees roaming around the store laughing, talking, and having a good time than assisting customers. It would be nice for Walmart to open more face to face registers in hopes the lines move faster. In my opinion, this is ONE of the reasons to why Target is better than Wally World.

This eye care center is just the best!! I love the Dr. and the staff (Phoenix) is very welcoming and helpful. I will go there as long as they are there!!

They're always low on products... Always always always appears as though their shelves are half full. I understand people. Things, but I went to three different Walmart's today left one and went to another one, this door is the only one that never has anything hardly. Somebody's not doing a good job at ordering and restocking

Horrible,horrible, horrible. I have been here 20 times to pick up grocery orders & I've actually picked up maybe 4 times. Multiple times I check in at 7:30-8:30. They all leave in the delivery dept. @10. I have sat HOURS,and they just leave,don't care if we are sat there checked in, how long we wait. They are the most sorry, lazy,entitled,rude employees I've ever seen. And the manager is just as bad. I told her I'd been sat there checked in since b4 8 and she said well they are all about to leave you will have to come back tomorrow. Is walmart this desperate for workers? These people just stare at the tick tocks, and take breaks. And have ZERO WORK ETHIC,PEOPLE SKILLS,CUSTOMER SERVICE,COMMUNICATION, COMPREHENTION,CRITICAL THINKING, AND NO CARE FOR SOMEONE ELSES TIME AND LOSS OF MONEY

The worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Their pickup service where you park in a reserved spot and let them know you’re there is a joke. They never come out right away and last time waited 45 minutes and had to flag someone down to even get help.

I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart pharmacy, and I can't recommend it enough! The friendly staff and the exceptional service, especially from pharmacist Zachary, truly made my visit five stars. Zachary's knowledge and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with valuable information about my medications. His expertise and attention to detail put me at ease. The entire staff at this Walmart pharmacy was welcoming and helpful, making my trip there a breeze. They were patient and friendly, which made me feel like a valued customer. If you're looking for a pharmacy with outstanding service and a dedicated team, look no further. Walmart pharmacy, with pharmacist Zachary and their friendly staff, is the place to go! Employees could care less to help or be of any assistance. They're walking slow, don't help, on their phones every time I see them. You get a select few that work but 95% of them are just collecting a paycheck with the minimal amount of effort possible. Shelves are barely stocked. Everything just sits in boxes in the aisles. Alabama by far has the WORST employees.
