This is the best Home Depot in the Birmingham area. I use the PRO counter and do phone sales, which is a nightmare at most Home Depot's and even worse at Lowe's. But the Crestwood location has it figured out. V.J and the girls will have you in and out in a heartbeat. The associates are eager to help and actually know the products. Super friendly. I will go out of my way to come here.

My son and I took his 2 children to Home Depot’s kid craft on Saturday. The lady’s were amazing. They treated every child like family. They explained what were making, had them write their names on their aprons and explained about the pins that go on their aprons. We met the young guy that had over 50 pins on his apron. They started painting and did a great job. They also had snacks and drinks for the kids. We will definitely be back Nov 25th for the penguin craft. If you have not been it is a great way to spend quality time with time with your children. And it all free from Home Depot. The one after this would be a gingerbread house on the first Saturday in December. Thank you Home Depot for a wonderful time. Debi

DISGUSTING bathrooms. The aisles are heavily cluttered with pallets of inventory. The employees on the pro end(and basically all other parts of the store) have a terrible attitude. Bottom line is it’s worth the extra time to go somewhere else.

I brought vegetables for planting this season. Those are healthy some have blooms and others with fruit

I visited the Crestwood Blvd Home Depot several times over 7 days. The associates were wonderful and made each experience positive. It wasn't just one associate, but everyone that I interacted with during my visits. Thank you for making me a loyal Home Depot customer and making me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Well done!

Been coming here for 12 years or so and today trying to check out, the gentlemen running the self checkout line removed a person of color from the non self check out line and had him cut in front of about 6 people waiting. I then took the customers spot in the non self check out line (where there is no line waiting) and the worker then calls me out and says that the other people (also a person of color) in the self checkout line are next. I said well it looks like they are waiting in the self line and I am in the non self line. Two different lines. And he said you need to get in the back of the line. So his racial prejudice against myself puts me back into the self checkout line where I checked out and still was out faster than his hand picking who gets served first and by whom. Sunday 10/1/23 at 1:30pm. Get your employees handled. And when trying to speak to them on this matter in a kind way, the customer service workers and the 3 register workers and himself turned their backs on me. Shame the world we live in. I know where I will be taking my money from now on. Beware of this place.

Attempting to remodel my kitchen since February and this store and their team have totally fumbled the project. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and opening up a case to investigate, I have received absolutely no updates for over a month. I do not recommend using this business for remodel projects.

This store is average compared to other Home Depots. I like the garden center, and I like that the website tells you where items are located. Twice I've come up the register and something didn't have a price tag on it and the cashiers have told me I have to go find one with a tag, which I hate, so that's the main contributor to my 3 star score.
