I would highly recommend Edward Mellor Estate Agents. I have used them in the past to sell a previous home and they were very quick. I approached Amy Hatton at the Stalybridge ranch and she came up to the apartment very quickly. Amy was very informative, efficient and pleasant. She answered all our questions and then took photos and valued the place in the same meeting. The apartment was put on the market the day after and sold in 3 days. Extremely good work by all the girls in the office. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Edward Mellor are really well coordinated and everybody that we dealt with was always friendly and helpful. Amy who did our valuation and brochure was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very clearly. We chose this agent because of Amy's transparency, honesty and integrity. We worked with Hailey through the process of offers and negotiations and then getting to the point of exchange and completion. Hailey really went above and beyond in answering our queries and communicating with our buyer when their solicitor wasn't responding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she always got back to us when she said she would. Highly recommended.

Really slick process and I was impressed by how I was introduced to different teams within the business to support on the sale.
