    Had the BEST experience at David M Robinson's in Liverpool recently when my husband and the gorgeous Sales Advisor, Georgia cooked up a plan to get me to the boutique on the pretext of having a watch serviced (yawn!). Instead, I was given the gold star service from the moment I walked in the door and after being poured a chilled glass of champagne, I was presented with my husband's surprise Anniversary gift! I don't normally take time out to write reviews but I feel our whole customer and sales experience from the moment my husband had the idea for the surprise and the presenting of the gift was truly exceptional and certainly shouldn't go unmentioned! I've visited this fine jewellers before and the surroundings and the staff are all so lovely and welcoming but since the store has had the refit, wow... it's next level. Georgia, kindly gave us a tour and the Rolex suite is simply stunning. We were made to feel so special. Thank you so much Georgia for all your arranging, secret planning and for making my wedding anniversary such a memorable occasion

    Thanks for a great evening at the DMR/Tudor event last Thursday evening. Both my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome with fantastic hospitality throughout the evening, special thanks to James for the time he afforded us to make us feel so welcome, all DMR staff were faultless. In my experience DMR always make it a 'special' occasion as soon as walk through their doors, always a fantastic experience and staff always go that extra mile. Thank you David Robinson.

    Went to DMR yesterday to have links removed from my watch bracelet after having been refused entry to Watches of Switzerland despite calling them in advance. The difference in service was like night and day, will definitely use DMR for my next watch purchase

    Fantastic, attentive and very friendly service. Particularly from Cordelia. I visited the branch on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment showing interest in a 36mm Rolex Explorer. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the door and was told all the Rolex ambassadors were currently busy at the time but I was free to browse the shop floor and if any do become available, I can be seen to. Within a few minutes, Cordelia introduced herself to me, was very approachable and offered to attend to my needs in between her appointments as her next client was running a bit late. I was presented with the watch and Cordelia was very helpful, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and even gave me a couple brochures to take home. Very impressed by the service and will definitely recommend. Hope to be back soon.

    I had my Tudor black bay watch repaired after it was damaged when I was knocked of my bicycle. The after sales service from Julie Speechly was fantastic. The strap needed some further adjustment and this was my first time I'd been in Liverpool since its return. I was only expecting to book an appointment, however, even on a bank holiday there was some body to remove a link.

    Just popped in to see if they offered a bespoke service as I have been left a couple of beautiful platinum and diamond rings. Id love to have the diamonds put in a more modern dress ring. Sadly we couldn't get past the doorman. Apparently because they werent bought there it was a problem! Such a shame as I'd had super service when I bought some diamond earrings a couple of years ago

    Jackie at David M Robinson has been absolutely fantastic throughout my first experience as a customer.     Mike is so knowledgable, friendly and helpful that I cannot wait to shop with DMR again.     Visited the liverpool store today, we found the staff very polite and welcoming. We dealt with Alex who was passionate and Knowledgeable about all watches.     I went to the shop yesterday, to get my diamond necklace I purchased from the shop cleaned, as I have a special event coming up. I felt uncomfortable asking for this service, and was asked a couple of times did I purchase the necklace from the shop. I was also going to ask to get my engagement ring cleaned, also bought at the shop, but I did not bother, as I yet again got asked the same question. I understand that you do not want to be cleaning items not purchased in the store, but I have never been made to feel like that over the many years I have been a customer in your shop

    Went to David M robinson in liverpool last week and was attended to by a very knowledgeable and personable young lady called Sophie. I had the poor girl up the wall but she was lovely with no sign of annoyance at all. Did not buy on the day but will definitely be back and i will make sure it is Sophie who i see .     The service here is excellent, i love visiting this jewellers, Ashley spends lots of time showing us the beautiful jewellery and watches, she helped choose my engagement ring, watch and a special ring for my birthday, she never rushes, takes time to explain everything in detail, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.     I can’t recommend this place enough. Attentive staff (I was ignored in Goldsmiths before I came here a the staff were too busy chatting to each other), great service, lovely experience. I was buying a watch for my birthday and Cordelia went above and beyond, making sure I had what I wanted. I was spoiled rotten when I went to pick up my watch and it made my birthday a little bit more special. If you want a nice shopping experience with knowledgable staff, this is the place for you.

    My hubby bought me a Diamond platinum ring from this beautiful store a few years ago, but one of the diamonds had fallen out. I rang the store they told me to come in on the Friday 8th December and they would repair my ring as I was very upset that this had happened as it was a very expensive ring . We call in on the 8th December and the welcome we received was absolutely fantastic the host who welcomes you is a lovely lovely woman so friendly. Nothing is a bother very professional I explained we had an appointment and she said she would get someone to see to us she offered us hot drinks while we were waiting . The assistant that dealt with us was absolutely lovely small blonde lady she explained everything what was going to happen. So friendly so professional she put my mind at ease and told me my beautiful ring was in safe hands . I had to wait a week for them to replace the diamond and fix my ring .l got a phone call saying my ring was ready to collect We call in 15th December and was welcome again by the lovely lovely hostess lady, she told us to take a seat and offer us hot drinks while we waited for the same assistant to come and see to us. So professional and friendly the assistant went and got my ring. I couldn’t believe how stunning my diamond platinum ring was am so delighted with the service workmanship and the assistance we received and the lovely hostess lady . Would highly recommend this store as the staff go above and Beyond to make you feel very welcome and very very special . Wishing all the staff a very happy Christmas and new year . Mrs Sandra Taylor

    My wife and I visited DMR Liverpool today to purchase a watch , as soon as we arrived we where greated by Joseph who immediately put us at ease, I knew what watch I wanted but was not too sure on the size , Joseph brought out a number of watches in different sizes and guided us through with his expert knowledge, the whole experience was excellent, Joseph gave up his valuable time even though we did not make an appointment, he made the experience even more enjoyable.     Wow what an amazing experience from DMR Liverpool, I came in and knew what I was after in an engagement ring from colour, metal, and carat i made an appointment to see Billy, when I arrived I was welcomed with absolutely amazing service complimentary drinks to start introduction to the company and who they are as it was all new to me. Billy had all the rings ready that matched my requirements and was very knowledgable, I could not decided and Chloe had helped me narrow it down with more knowledge and at helping hand trying the rings on, Chloe did not mind me being a pain and asking to try all the rings on so I could see what it looked like on. The proposal happened last week and my other half absolutely loves it. I was looking at other shops online. But I am so happy that I did not go elsewhere. We have since been in to the store and told Billy the good news and we are now looking to continue the DMR experience and choose wedding bands here and a lovely watch for me. Again I just want to say thank you to Billy and Chloe who have been amazing.

    Really rude. Didn't even let us browse just shoved a card in our faces and told us we would need an appointment. Never met anywhere so rude. Really put a dampener on our engagement. So sad. Didn't realise you could judge people like that in the service sector.

    Everytime we come to DMR is a nice experience for us. Me and my fiance really like here for the service and kindness of the whole staff. The store is very clean and beatiful. They are always very pleasent people.The store offers a cleaning free service also for your jewllerywhich is nice.I believe this and other things helps the costumer to bond somehow with the store not only because it's nice when you get along with the seller but also because it makes you feel special, VIP treatment. This was our case with Joseph that is a very available seller, patient with our choices, always understanding what we like and what we are looking for, he treats us with respect and is very open to our suggestions when we ask for different pieces. He also gifted us with a nice bottle of champagne in the end as a wedding gift. We like this store very much. Thank you for that Joseph!!!

A really great retail sales person is hard to find, but it is people like Chloe that make the buying in-store an experience that will always be there, even with the rise of e-commerce

    I met with a young Lady by the Name of Alice Heaton. Alice made me feel very at ease, was very friendly and the perfect professional. Alice was exceptionally knowledgeable about the range of items of interest. I made Alice aware of my up coming birthday, and my aspirations of a particular gift to myself for the event. Alice was not only able to provide me with an item I never expected to be able to buy, but able to make a commitment to deliver on time.     Visited the store today to collect my watch that I ordered from Alice in November. After trying a few jewellers, D M Robinson were recommended. They were the only dealer that took interest in me. After discussing my requirements, Alice sent me over some options that she could source for me and the order was placed. I traveled from South Wales to deal with D M Robinson and it was worth every mile, and any future purchases will be with them. Alice is a true credit to the company. I cant recommend enough.     I have shopped for all my wife's jewellery and my watches here. I am looked after by Wanda, she knows how useless I am so thankfully she knows my wife's taste so well. Wanda goes out of her way to assist me often sending me details via email. Wanda has assisted me personally with securing a few watches for my collection. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

    Always made to feel extremely welcome the minute I step into the Liverpool DMR showroom, by all members of staff, from the doorman to Alisha, the manager. Every visit is made extra special by Angela, who I first met in the Chester branch. Over the years my visits to David Robinson, Angela has always gone the extra mile to make me feel a valued customer, with her excellent, friendly customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble to her. A glass of "bubbles" or two is an extra treat and I've had many enjoyable invites to David Robinson events.     My fiancé and I came into store on 30.11.19 after he had proposed that morning and wow what a wonderful experience we had! We were treated so well from the moment we stepped inside. We had been to another jewellers and it wasn’t a patch on this. We had been told by a family member to ask for Alisha and she was exceptionally professional along with being relaxed and friendly. She listened to what we wanted, discreetly found out my partners budget then gave me a wide selection of engagement rings to choose from. She had lots of patience and even told us to go away and absorb everything. When we decided to come back to purchase the ring we were offered even more bubbly and chatted with us even after we purchased the ring. We will definitely be back to purchase our wedding rings. Absolutely beautiful and friendly jewellers.

    Visited Liverpool one branch for first time after speaking to a Lovely lady called Angela on phone she quickly confirmed the watch i was after was in stock, and booked me in that afternoon, the staff was immaculate and professional the xmas decorations and the tree was something i would expect to see in a grand hotel. I was dealt with like royalty, Angela very knowledgeable and even had me escorted to my car by a very smartly dressed doorman i think his name was Jermain with a nothing to much to help attitude and helped me find my car and pay my ticket which made my first visit to Liverpool one a great experience from start to finish. ,edit one year later, visited David m robinson again today and had the same wonderful experience with a gentleman called Michael who dealt with my request very professionally and left me feeling very privileged to once again get a great timepiece.

    Another amazing experience in DMR Liverpool, from the minute I walked through the door to my exit an overall fantastic experience. On arrival I was greeted by Ishmael who greeted me with a friendly welcome. Neil then took over and we discussed in detail a specific watch of interest to me, his knowledge on this particular make of watch was fantastic. The reception I received and customer service was second to none, this makes us return time after time, in fact I returned a few days later and made my purchase with Alisha. I explained to Alisha the amazing customer service from her team earlier in the week, a team Alisha I’m sure is very proud of and a team that delivers exceptional customer service everytime we enter the shop in Liverpool ONE. I wish you all at DMR a very merry Xmas and we will definitely see you all soon again and again. A very happy customer.

    I recently made a purchase from DMR Manchester I was assisted by Rachael Williams who made the experience very easy and pleasurable Her product knowledge was excellent and no pressure to buy helped my decision I also purchased an item three years ago and when I called in for the first time in three years She asked about and remembered my personal details(family etc) Hannah is a credit to DMR and herself Another enjoyable experience for me WELL DONE HANNAH 👍

    Always good service and helpful advice. I have been buying for my wife, then daughters and now for my grandchildren for about 35 years. DMR's own designs are particularly good.

    Difficult to add anything that has not been already said previously. Visited the Liverpool branch a number of times and found the quality and choice of watches and jewellery to be of a high standard. However the biggest asset is the staff. They offer an exemplary level of customer care and it is clear this runs right through the store. My own personal dealings have been with both Alicia and Neil (Mr Omega). Such genuinely welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They went out there way to make the whole experience totally enjoyable and special with a few nice little touches here and there. They are a credit to their profession and I totally recommend David M Robinson, without reservation.

    I recently purchased a watch from DMR as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. I chose DMR mainly due to the gentleman dealing with my enquiry - Michael Allen. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain every detail about my chosen purchase, there was no pressure at all and I felt completely at ease. I completed the purchase and Michael gift wrapped the watch for me. We arranged for me to come back with my wife to have the strap adjusted on the morning of her birthday. When we returned we were met by Michael and taken to an upstairs lounge were we were seated and served with champagne while the adjustments were made to the watch. As we were leaving Michael presented my wife with a bouquet of flowers which was a lovely touch and my wife was delighted. I would recommend DMR to anyone and will certainly return for any future purchases.

    I recently bought a watch for my husband at the Liverpool store and am delighted to say it was a first class experience! From the moment we walked in to the store the staff were very attentive and helpful. The staff on the door gave a heary welcome and Georgia very patiently assisted us in making a choice. She showed us a selection of different brands before suggesting that we had a chat with Neil. Drinks were provided and we were made to feel comfortable. Neil was exceptionally helpful, and again took time to explain the benefits of the watch we preferred. When we decided to go away and think about it, both Georgia and Neil were very gracious and there was no compulsion or pressure to purchase. I did think about it overnight, and next day returned to the store, this time with my son, so that he could give a second opinion. Once again Neil took time to discuss the attributes of the watch and provided excellent personal service. The watch was beautifully presented in a gift box and I'm pleased to say that my husband is extremely happy with it. I'd like to express my thanks to Georgia and Neil and all the staff at David M Robinson for a great shopping experience and a perfect Christmas gift. We would recommend this store without reservation and would certainly hope to return for future purchases. 🙂

    I have been a customer of David M. Robinson for four years now and for every visit the service has been second to none - I made my first Purchase with the Jeweler in 2016 when I bought my first Luxury watch, an Omega Seamaster. It was at this point when I first met Angela at the Chester branch - since that first purchase Angela has taken excellent care of me with every inquiry and request I have made and each time ive been made to feel looked after and the actual service has always been perfect. In my latest experience on Saturday at the Liverpool branch I purchased my First Rolex. Angela went out of her way to help me pick the right one for me based on my tastes and thoughts and has kept me fully up to date whilst I have waited for my Rolex to arrive. I can honestly say that the service you receive here is the best you will find and Angela in particular has made both experiences moments I will never forget and I can only look forward to being a lifelong customer of this Jeweler. Congratulation to the whole team on the excellent job they do and long may it continue.

    Smooth process. I have just purchased my first Rolex through Alice Heaton in the Liverpool branch. The service from the minute I first walked into the show room, to walking out with my new watch was fantastic. Alice is no knowledgable and she insured I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend any of my friends or family to deal with Alice in the future.

    I have bought some beautiful watches from the Liverpool store and have always been welcomed by Staff with a smile. Julia, Alisha and Alex have always gone that extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would most definitely recommend this particular store as I strongly believe it has the very best and knowledgeable staff for what ever your purchase may be!
