I am very happy with my Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch, It's a 75th birthday present to myself. I've been in this store many times over the years and always found the staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Sophia was my assistant this time and she was very patient with me, All the staff are the same smiling and chatty. However I do have one gripe and that is I ordered my watch in the middle of last year (2022) and given the price which I expected to pay when I collected It on the 16th of January 2023 only to find that there had been a price increase at the beginning of this year so my watch cost me £450.more than I was expecting to pay. which took a bit of a shine off my purchase. The employee (who had only been there just less than three months) really took her time to show us a variety of products and explained all about each one. Popped in a few days ago to have a signet ring resized. Initially I was given a time estimate of three weeks, however it took less than a week. The ring looks great, polished up and fits perfectly. The staff are really friendly, and I’d highly recommend this jewellers Nice coffee too!

Wonderful service provided by Lynne and Nicola in the Rolex team, who somehow managed to secure an Explorer II in time for my 40th birthday. The whole process - from registration to handover - was very open, friendly and professional, with none of the pretentiousness one might expect from a luxury watch dealer. It was also nice to deal with a local, independent shop, who clearly value their local clientele and in turn go the extra mile for them.

Visited last week (appointment only) so I couldn’t be seen : no problem my end. Called this morning to view a couple of Rolex’s tomorrow for my birthday (sky dweller and day date). Firstly I was told as I’m from Derby I’m out the catchment for your shop, and secondly to try goldsmiths. There was no ‘we can put you on a list’ ‘what model are you after’. It’s great that the shop is going well and you can turn customers away but I’m sure you where not like this through Covid. All in all I felt a burden and it was certainly not the customer service I expected when your wanting to spend in excess of £20,000.

We enjoyed a fabulous experience at HL Browns jewellers Sheffield. All the staff were very helpful especially Sophia. They were able to secure the watch of choice in time for a special birthday. We would have no hesitation in using or recommending them. Many thanks for everything.

My first experience with this company was when I had to have warranty work undertaken on my watch. The work was done promptly and efficiently. When I collected my watch I ordered a new one and I was expecting at least a 6 month turnaround. I was amazed when I received an email 3 weeks later informing me that they had sourced one and was available for collection. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful in discussing the models and references of each watch . Assisted in configuring the design options available to me and guidance regarding trends . I believe that HL Brown now has a Rolex Accredited Watchmaker which means that my watches can now be serviced internally .
