Staff were lovely and accommodating, helped carry my purchases to my car as I can't carry heavy items myself. Good sized store and well stocked.

Dunelm has always been very good for interior design and the home. I think that although it doesn't carry the amount of stock as is on their website it is still a very good selection. Very good quality with a lot of branded names.

Best lotus bid of GI cheesecake ever and a nice cup of tea too. Very reasonable prices. French toast looks appetising too. Amazing customer service from Jack in the cafe (Barnsley, Stairfoot). What a lovely young man, so polite and friendly. Made my day, thank you.

Love this store. Plenty of choice, good prices, excellent for parking & an instore cafe. Always clean & well presented.

One member of staff was serving the person in front of me , the other three who were hanging around ignored me even though it was obvious that I was collecting an order. The queue behind me grew to around six people and no one stepped in to help, when I was finally serrved, I wasn't treated professionally and the assistant threw the last item on the counter and walked away without asking if I needed any help with the five packages. Really poor service.

Bought some bedding, paid part with a gift card and and the rest was paid out of Wife's Bank A/C I returned one of the items which was valued at £65 I was unable to get a full refund back to my bank, all I could have was £50 rest on a gift card I think this is totally unacceptable, it's just a way to make you at least spend something with them. I expect a full refund when I pay with my debit card, will be going elsewhere in future, total ripoff

Purchased a desk and stool set for my grandson, 1st had a broken part, second (exchange) had the stool missing! On the third exchange all was resolved! But I must add that the staff of the Wombwell Lane depot were exemplary and kind throughout, never have I witnessed such dedication to customers like this before, well done all at this store… please forward our sincere thanks for sorting us out. Such a great visit, I had a sudden creative idea and needed some extending curtain rods. I met a wonderful employee called Madison who helped me find everything I needed. I also hadn't realized they have a haberdashery so instead of having to wait for other shops to be open I found everything I needed and got my project finished in one day. Definitely will return as I have my guest room to get ready. Thank you for all the help and brilliant service.

Great store with value for money products. Only issue is getting a pram, trolley or a wider wheelchair round is nigh on impossible without moving piles of stock on every corner or aisle.

On my visit to this store i noticed a bed display with 50 percent reduction the items listed were duvet cover duvet pillows duvet and curtains,i contacted a member of staff and i agreed that i would buy all the items on display as advertised, the assistant then calculated the full cost.then a call of nature sorry but i am old,when i returned i was told that they couldn't sell the duvet inside the cover due to company policy but the could provide me with another duvet but that would have to be at the full price and mot the 50 percent discount as advertised, i pointed out that they were contravening the trades discription act and demanded that they honor deal.iwas then told that the manageress would have to be consulted which took 15 minutes for her to arrive her first words to me was to ask me if i knew how difficult retail was,to be honest with this store attitude it was always going to be difficult i then went through the whole scenario again and this time the manager told me the duvet was Already sold i pointed out that it was still inside the display cover but she insisted that it was sold and gave me no reasonable alternative.i pointed out that i was a tailor and that when i sold a jacket idid not say that it did not come with a lining,it was clear that she was not interested so i left the store telling her she should consider her position it is a shame that this company feels that it can ignore reasoned argument and flout the trades description act.p Jenkinson

Have been to Dunelm loads of times and never come away disappointed. Friendly staff and very helpful. Plenty to choose from. From bedding to kitchen appliances.

Had an accident in shop guy that dressed wound was filthy Sorry guys he couldn't even gey on floor he was that big n used excuse he had a slipped disc if he had surly he shouldn't be at work. Plus he looked like he needed a good wash.
