While passing through Belgium we searched the Michelin Guide app for a restaurant in the vicinity, Atelier Noun popped up and I called as it was 25 minutes before closing after lunch. We were warmly welcomed! We expected delicious food, of course but what a surprise. Not only everything was delicious and artfully plated but the chef and whole staff created such an intimate atmosphere. It was not only delicious food but an amazing culinary experience. We enjoyed the 5 course meal with mussels, lobster, red perch and pigeon. My husband ate everything and he only likes lobster out of all the above. We feel so fortunate to have been in the vicinity.

Wow what an outstanding dining experience! I had the best 5 course dinner, my taste buds were exploding with joy from ever single dish served. The team is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient; the restaurant is elegant, welcoming and cozy. The plates were true art with such an innovative and fresh concept. Thank you so much I will be back!

If you want to experience works of art for the senses, this is the place. This is a fantastic dining concept where the chef welcomes you in his home, goes throughly explaining the menu and is pleasantly available during the whole experience to make the diners feel at home. The amazing experience is also thanks to the sous chef and the whole team. Lovely place that we will surely visit often.

Small restaurant, intimate setting, culinary top level combining seasonable produce with a lot of freshness and inventivity. Though we had a waiter 'in training' that was visibly nervous the service was impeccable and attentive. The wine pairing was on point as well, showing some vibrant and less classic combos and for once the non-alcoholic options were tasty and fitting. A lot of freshness and vibrant acidity in the dishes, often with some Asian twist, which makes you walk through the menu without losing interest, up to the main dish that shows more 'power' and to finish again with some freshness in the dessert. Excellent!

Excellent cozy restaurant with delicious food. The different courses were incredible and provide an great culinary experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the 5-courses menu with paired wines and it was one of the best menus we've ever had. Location is excellent as well, right next to the highway.

Had a very nice business lunch. Nice meal with not very common ingredients for an affordable price. The service was impeccable!!! Congratulations for this mature young team.

One of the best vegetarian fine dining in entire Flanders!! :-) I love this courgette foamy one with amazing pie crust, and fennel to start! Deserts - cheese foam and shiso powder on top was truly spot on! (Shiso comes normally on sashimi but this one was such an eye opening!) Love it! Definitely recommend!

Why this place hasn't had a star yet is beyond me. Really innovative food, lovely room and excellent service. Have been a few times now and it never fails to disappoint. Come on Michelin...
