Today, I visited Seven Teahouse for a cold brew fruit tea. I couldn’t decide between two flavors, so I ended up getting both the lychee black tea and the orange white tea. Both were very delicious and lightly sweetened. Unlike other places, they didn’t have a lot of added sugars, making them wonderfully light. The staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

My first tea tasting hosted by Abby and it has completely changed the way I will experience tea. Our host was amazing, she was very knowledgeable about the origin of the tea's that were provided and the complexity of the flavor profiles. Not only did she change the way I view tea but most importantly how I prepare and drink it. No matter what level of tea drinker you are this place is worthy of your time.

I first heard about this place when my friends sent me a reel on instagram months ago about trying the tea tasting, when we went it was the best experience I’ve had you can just tell how much love and care they put into their tea. This place is by far the best tea place in the area! It’s really hard to find a good spot with high quality matcha and this place is definitely the place to go to. I was so excited when I saw they had a free tea tasting menu for their new drinks! The experience yet again was amazing and the staff is so sweet! I even got a free tea cup and some free tea 10/10 this place is the best place for tea, I really hope there's more locations in the future!

This review is solely on the tea we have tasted and purchased, at Silver Spring Street Food festival. We tried about six different variety of teas , they tasted authentic and refreshing. By authentic, I meant you can taste these tea were made from whole tea leaves and not the teabags with crushed lower grade teas. I especially liked the low sugar level on the ones that are sweet, and options of sugar free options as well. The two gentlemen worked at stand on that day. Were very friendly. Props to their effort working on such a hot day standing outside . Highly recommend by @winedinenvacay

I was first introduce to the Teahouse at a festival in Alexandria a couple of weeks ago and was excited that Yelp was partnering with them on an event. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of tea options that are imported from China and how you could order different variations which ranged from chai tea to ice teas. I opted in to do a tea tasting which cost $35 per person and includes tastings of 4 teas and a full sized specialty drink & dessert at the end of your session. I found this was an excellent price to get an understanding of the basics of tea. If only the Teahouse was closer to the beltway, I may ditch my Starbucks habit for this establishment instead.

We had such a delightful tea tasting and I'm still dreaming about the red date Pu'erh tea!! The tea tasting is such a unique experience and we love that we were getting the finest quality tea. Everything from the tea itself to the pastries, cold brew and smashed teas are amazing. Their matcha latte is also phenomenal and also probably the best I've had in the area. They are also dog friendly, which is a game changer for us. The owners are super warm and friendly and you can tell guests love them! We can't wait to visit again soon!!

Amazing little place with EXTREMELY high quality tea, and welcoming/knowledgeable staff. The pastries were great too (but expensive), and I can't wait to get back and try more of their drinks. Edit: It's been months since I've first been here, and I'm glad it's still a 5 star location. This is one of the few places that really deserve it. The drinks are all amazing and the staff is incredible. The owners are often in here working themselves, and you can really tell it's a small locally owned shop. If you like tea, I'd highly suggest getting a pot and hanging out for a bit.

This place was on my list for awhile, definitely stop here! The service was phenomenal, not only did the staff explain the variety of teas, but also let us have a generous amount of samples to try before buying. We ordered hot tea, cold tea, and some pastries (2 donuts and a tiramisu). The pastries were good, but the donuts were a little on the dry side. However, the tea selection was excellent. It’s a great spot to hangout, study, and they even have games you can play. You can also buy tea-small single sachets or bags, which come in a ton of tea varieties.

A wonderful and unique experience for tea lovers! I did the tea tasting with some friends as a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. The owner, Abby, was very knowledgeable about all the tea selections and was the perfect guide on our tea journey. The other staff members Jocelyn and Tah were also very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend trying this lovely place if you are in the area!

A gem for tea lovers! If you aren’t a tea lover beware, you will leave a convert. After months of enjoying tea from Seven TeaHouse, we did the Tea Tasting today. I highly recommend this experience whether you are new to tea or a tea aficionado. Our host, Abby, was excellent. We left with so much knowledge about the various teas and brewing techniques. Every single tea we tried was superb. Picking our complimentary tea at the end of the tasting was a difficult decision because each one we tasted was exquisite in its own way. I highly recommend the tasting experience and the tea house. We will continue to be patrons of the tea house and plan to do the tasting again.

100% hands down best tea I have ever had. The staff is absolutely delightful and the owner genuinely cares about everyone she meets. I can not recommend this place enough!

We love this place!! The teas (and treats) are always delicious, the atmosphere is awesome, and they have great smelling candles and the cutest tea sets. Recommend to anyone who loves tea or wants to try out a new cool spot!!

I go out of my way to come to Seven TeaHouse — that’s just how good it is. There is a lack of third spaces around currently, and I think that this tea shop has filled that hole. Take your friends and family here, you will be greeted by the kindest staff and get to drink the most amazing tea ever in such a cozy spot. Love this place!! Seven Teahouse is a great local spot if you live in the area. All their teas are brewed fresh and so tasty - I've even purchased their tea bags to make at home and those are really nice. I've been several times as well as stopped by their frequent farmers market pop-ups, and the staff are always super friendly and engaging! ☺️ Would definitely recommend stopping by during the winter and enjoying their cute interior while staying warm!! 🍵

This is such an amazing location! Truly a one of a kind in the DMV. The owner, manager, and employees are so kind and helpful all of the time. I really appreciate all of their hard work. This shop goes above and beyond to provide the best quality and experience. It does not go unnoticed. A must-try if you are a tea lover (they have a couple of coffee selections and pastry items as well) like me!
