We ordered two Southern chicken biscuits for breakfast and the biscuits they served were McChickens. We brought it to their attention and they said that we were wrong and that was all they had. We have eaten McDonald's Southern chicken biscuits at many other locations and they are thick and contain real chicken. They are good! Today, they were flat pieces of what appeared to be pressed meat. The restaurant did not offer to exchange our sandwiches and they rushed away from our dissatisfaction. We were very disappointed.

I really needed to use the ladies room when I got there. One stall had urine all over the floor. The other had feces on the front of the toilet. I was so disgusted I didn't think to take pictures. I thought if I told someone they'd get on it so we ordered food. Call me crazy cos we should have just walked out. Ironically the Big Mac was one of the best I've had in years. The bathroom didn't get cleaned so I spoke to the manager. Checked on it after I ate and still not done. Went across the street to Sunoco and they had a table blocking the ladies room and a sign posted saying it was out of order. What is up in this town??

They regularly mess up my order at this location. But this morning I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my food by a rude worker at the second window. When I asked how long the wait would be he acted like I was wasting his time. When the good took lo ger than he said to come out I went inside to complain. When I asked to see the manager, Ana, she took it as a joke and literally laughed in my face. Horrible customer service!!!

They need to get their app fixed. Had my order set to Triangle Plaza. I get there. Wait 30 minutes and was finally greeted by someone saying my order was for a different location. I made sure it was this location because this has happened in the past. Needless to say I won’t be using the app anymore. Waste of money and time. I stopped by for a quick meal because I had no time to cook because I’m in class right after I pick up the meal. So now I’m out my meal, and they did NOTHING to try and fix this for me. Bad service.

Ordered on the kiosk but it wouldn't allow me to substitute so i paid extra for a normal sandwich. Had to wait a few minutes to check out and werent acknowledged. My fiance ordered a halfcut tea and they couldn't figure it out. The restaurant was a solid 35 degrees inside so we were freezing the whole time we ate. Will not be back.

Ordered from the kiosk....ordered a southern chicken biscuit.....they gave me a steak egg cheese biscuit...told them and they said that thats what a southern chicken biscuit is i said no that is steak....they also said the McChicken is the same as the southern chicken.... ended up having to ask for a refund and they took the drink and hash brown away which i guess its understandable since we got a refund....they should put item unavailable if they don't offer that.

One of the best services I ever got from a McDonald's. The food quality was amazing and staff were very friendly. Thank you!!

The manager, Omer, was praising his staff for a dinner rush well done. He was even clapping!! I think it was a job well by him!! I’m sure his great attitude affects the staff!! It’s so good to see smiles. His positivity made my night!!

They constantly keep getting people orders wrong. I'm done with Mc Donald's. I ordered for me and family and every item was completely the wrong item. Done.

The ladies are rude to me there everytime and my order seems to not be made how i ask being that i come often i shouldnt be facing these problems im taking m cash to quantico
