Panera is a consistently good place to eat. Bakery items are always fresh and tasty. Lunch menu items are also really good, and available pretty quick. They have a selection of coffees and teas that should please everyone, and this location has indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is very polite, and patient. What more could you ask for?

Came in to get my usual, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and right from there everything went wrong. First, the touch screen wouldn’t work, finally got it to work and placed my order. As I was waiting, a young couple came in with a small dog in their bag. No big deal, until the employees started to pet it while they were working. I spoke up and said something, then I got some nasty looks from a few employees. Then, my meal took longer and longer to prepare as my name kept dropping down the list and people who ordered in person after me were getting the food first. Then to top it off, the girl with the dog in her bag clearly works there. She was not working at the time but started to help take finished items over to the Uber eats stand. She got her food before mine (she ordered after me) and the one employee behind the counter prepping all the food clearly didn’t mind she had her dog in a place to eat. This was not a service dog, it was a pet. Very unsanitary, unprofessional and very rude employees.

Update: More than 8 months later they still can't make coffee. It would be great if they knew how to make coffee and hold the GROUNDS.

This place seems to always a nasty. We have been here during the early morning, lunch and evening. We always have to clean the tables off ourselves. Seats are nasty. The floor/carpet has trash and food all over it. The drink fountain OMG had hair around it. We were there the previous day and the drink fountain was already low, when we came back the next day it wasn’t refilled and just looked l like it wasn’t going to be clean. They never empty the trash. When I asked the lady behind the counter she say she would ask the manager but she wasn’t sure if it would be taken care of. I have pictures of all it. It’s a shame cuz it’s the only one on this side of town. The owner needs to see this place. Panera has real gone down. Atleast the ones in this area. SMH. I don’t know how to post pictures here. This is messy and no one and I mean no one had any intention of cleaning..

Used to be my go-to for good food at a reasonable price. I chose a pick -2, soup and 1/2 sandwich. Barely warm soup, NO bagette (Panera “bread” out of bread?), and the 1/2 sandwich sure looked like a 1/4. It was 8 pm, but c’mon, no bread? Make more! It was ok, but not nearly as good as it used to be.

I got the black forest sandwich and it was nasty greens that was added to it was bitter which made the whole sandwich taste bad. I'm so disappointed I never had this problem with my food.

How does this place even still have a franchise? Incorrect and missing items are the norm, and the quality lately has been absolutely horrible. I have ordered four times now because I generally enjoy Panera, and kept thinking that this particular order was just a fluke, thinking that maybe they were having a bad day. Tonight order was taken, payment taken, then cancelled at the last minute. Make the meal correctly guys, or just shut down and become a jiffy lube. No more orders from this store.

Overall, I found it to be effective and fast. Order take out and the wait was no more than 20 minutes or so. Food was delicious but I feel over priced.

Great visit as we received a $5 coupon through customer rewards. And with us just having bagels it was great. We used the kios but the little interaction we had, they were great. And of course the bagels were outstanding.

I really wish there was a ZERO star option. We ordered a curbside pick up and when we arrived, we waited a whole 15 minutes for someone to bring our food before walking into the restaurant. Our order was ready @8:05 pm and we arrived promptly at 8:05. There were only 2 groups of people in the entire restaurant and they all had their food already. It was not busy at all and the other employees were just loitering around. They apologized when they realized we had come inside to grab our food after an entire 15 minutes waiting outside. Then we got home, I ordered my sandwich with no chicken and yet there was chicken in my sandwich. I tried calling the store’s number and reaching an associate but no one picked up 10 minutes later. I drove to get my order fixed close to 9 pm. The employees were all sleeping on the job!!! I come inside and there’s like 5 girls in the kitchen and 2 other waiters… all just sitting around. How can so many people get 1 order wrong? At least pick up the phone.

$21 for what is pictured. A small Mac & cheese that wasn’t even filled to the top of the cup, and I guess what they call a pizza. Barely any sauce and cheese. I wasn’t expecting much, but at least TRY and make the toppings go to the edge on a pizza. Dough had a chemical taste, it wasn’t even edible. The toaster ovens they use are gross, windows on front glass are black, so clearly they’re not cleaning them. Didn’t see a single person swap gloves for new ones after touching multiple utensils, equipment, and food items. Men’s bathroom and inside dining area wasn’t much cleaner. Instead of having two managers/supervisors standing at the pick up counter calling out names, you might want to focus on food quality and cleanliness of your establishment. I rarely write a review but the quality of product this Panera location put out for $20+ is pathetic. Then you want to ask for a tip on your tablet??? GTFOH🤣🤣🤣. This is why no one tips anymore, standards are gone! I feel sorry for the emoyees that care and continue to go above and beyond.

Bagels are good. Hazel nut coffee was delicious for the fall time. And pecan Danish was so good.

Pretty standard PB. We generally do take out, and this location consistently forgets to give us our bread! LOL! So we have to decide if it is important enough to us to go back and get it. So, I guess for us, it's just Panera, without the bread :-)
