    Their Drive Thru probably has the longest line in Woodbridge. Horrible customer service. Placed an order through the app. Drove to the restaurant and after long wait time at the drive-thru, I was told that they don't have these items on the menu anymore. Clueless management. Edit. Writing it a year later. Still the same. Longest drive-thru ever. Look at the pic attached.

    If you could get zero stars, I would log in everyday to review your store. I’m so tired of the order being incorrect. It’s pathetic. You mess up my order and want me to drive 15 minutes back to the store instead of refunding the money. I threw your trash food out. Do some training. Learn some customer service. Awful customer service and food. No sour cream means no sour cream. I can’t eat that!

    This is a completely remodeled store with all new equipment and furniture. The food came out quick and was hot. The dining room was a mess. Two employees on their phone/tablet and not one single clean table in the place. I approached the manager about it and he didn't respond to my remarks nor did he have the tables cleaned. Food good, employees/management needs replacement as well.

    Food was good, no prices posted anywhere. The all kiosk system isn't perfect for everybody it let me choose dine in, but didnt recognize new items selection. The order taker got my name wrong and put in 6 orders when I said I wanted to try the new toasted cheddar chalupa. Other than that the food was good, our soft tacos, nachos belgrande and Mexican pizza were all done correctly and the new chalupa is good enough I don't mind having for extra after the two I had in the restaurant.

    Came here on Wednesday December 27th 2023 at around 3:30 p.m. and went through the drive-thru to order a chalupa or any type of meal without carbs,. I asked what came with the chalupa meal deal... I heard somebody say 'it comes with whatever it comes with' wasn't sure if it was the person taking the order or somebody close. I asked them to cancel my order and had a stay in line because I was trapped in and couldn't get out. So it took me another 10 minutes to be in line to go up and ask for the manager and tell him what I experienced. He seemed kind and was very apologetic at my experience of dealing with the brat face order takers. I will not be back to this Taco Bell and After experiencing something similar at another one probably won't be coming back here at all... there's a Long John Silver's right across as well as some real Mexican restaurants close. So I prefer to take the extra time, spend a little extra money to be treated with respect than to get a $5 meal with some poopy attitude on it from your Taco Bell

    This Taco Bell location is definitely not one of their better locations in the Woodbridge area. The service is very slow. You have to order via the self order screen as no worker stands by the register to take your order. We ordered and waiting at least 20 minutes for the food. Pretty ridiculous for fast food. I understand it isn’t the greatest job but I feel if you don’t like working there then quit. Food is about average. I would stick to Chuy’s.

    Worst experience ever, almost an hr and they didn't even make my food or anyone else's who dined in. Told the Hispanic lady who was shift supervisor after 45 mins, she just looked at me, still didn't get food or a drink for my kids and I ordered combos for them. The only reason I waited that long was because my kids begged me to wait. Once I started seeing customers inside yelling and screaming asking to be serviced, I had to go. Even after ordering. Keep my money. TB only cared about drive thru. Why have a kiosk in the lobby and think you can completely shut out customers? The Supervisor lady to ignore everyone that dined in should be FIRED.I pray for her safety, because she gained a lot of angry customers 😬😕 and it's not worth it over a Taco Bell job with poor management.

    Every time waiting period is over one hr. I ordered without beef. Wanted beans but they said I didn’t order beans.Has anyone heard of Taco coming without beans or beef. Attitude not good of the employees. People who came after me got their order but I had to wait for a long time. Never going back there ever

    got two person meal for $14.46. the soft tacos, as requested, had beef removed and all they had was a couple of pieces of lettuce and few shreds of cheese. nothing to replace the beef that was removed. In the other item, was charged extra for beans but no credit for the beef that was removed. c'mon what a ripoff.

    I went through drive through and ordered a chicken quesadilla and I found a piece of red hair in it, I went inside to ask for a refund and two young gentleman’s were very helpful but when they told the lady with red hair I wanted a refund she gave me a rude face and I was talking to them very kindly the two young gentleman’s were very kind and were trying to help , I did not appreciate the faces the lady was giving me especially because it was her red hair I found in the food.

    Go to the one near Potomac Mills across from Best Buy instead. This store used to be good but for at least a year now has been the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Their service is slow and their soda machines don't work, and yet they have the gall to charge higher prices than other Taco Bells in the area.
