đź‘Ťđź‘Ť My massage therapist, Michael, did a wonderful job addressing my super tight shoulder muscles, which is quite a job unto itself. He was professional, friendly, and made the experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Definitely recommend him and the location. People often mention massage, service, facial, told, face,

I need a manager to contact me. I tried sending this message via the “contact us” on your website but it leads to an error. I visited today for a massage and my first ever facial. The massage was amazing. For the facial, as I’ve never gotten one before, I didn’t know what to expect. The girl came in and asked what my problem areas are and I told her. She said nothing more than how to undress and where to put my head then my feet. When I looked confused she asked “oh do you have any question” I clarified where to lie down and she left. When she returned, she wiped my face then put a scolding hot towel on my face saying absolutely nothing. Then put glasses on my face and turned on a light. She told me she she recommends using a machine that would extract the black and white heads then put a serum to prevent further ones. I said okay. She used a machine that didn’t even have suction and she didn’t even treat my nose area, the area I told her was my problem area. She wrapped and massaged my face a few more times then said “the session is over”. Upon checkout, I learned that this “treatment” was like $130 or so dollars extra!! I was never explained this and, as soon as I got to my car, almost none of my pores had been cleaned out. I was able to squeeze out whiteheads all over my face. Had she shown me a mirror while in the office, I would’ve told her immediately that I wasn’t satisfied. This facial service was despicable and I was tricked into paying for a service that I did not consent to pay for. Please have a manager contact me asap.

Johnika was excellent. I was buying a present for a bday and she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She was very nice and explained everything well and with confidence. Highly recommend you come see her.

A few weeks ago I was gifted a massage and it was a wonderful experience. I couldn’t believe the attention to detail, pressure, and overall kindness that Ellie provided me during their service. It was even more remarkable as I was the last massage of what I imagine was a busy weekend. Ellie provided a much needed act of care and release for me and I’m looking forward to returning.

Kelly in the Woodbridge Spa is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and has done several different types of massages for me. All have been AMAZING! The spa itself is beautiful, the customer service has always been very professional and kind. I’ve also enjoyed several facials there and I can’t decide which esthetician I like best! They’re all great!!

I made an appointment to get a facial and a massage. The morning of my appt I was told I could only get 1 of the services due to someone calling out sick. Understandable. Then I was called back and told they're able to do both services, only for me to show up and they tell me they can only do one service. I'm under the impression that I'm only doing the massage ,so when done I put my clothes on to leave only for them to then say they can do the facial as well. They're not the best at communicating. Staff is very friendly, but can be kind of talkative especially if you're trying to relax, but I didn't mind the conversation. I was given a gift card to come here, however, the person who bought it for me wasn't aware that there was a different price for 1st time visitors and those who are repeat customers, so the person who came with me that also had a gift card had to pay additional money out of pocket since they've been there before. It was a lot for a mediocre massage. Facial was nice though.

So this is the sum of my experiences at this location. I’ve gotten a general facial with some additives (that I wasn’t informed of until the end), a massage and a chemical peel. The facial was pretty good with the exception of the young lady doing it not letting me know what she was doing or using. Very little information sharing and knowledge being provided, which is what I’m typically used to during a facial. When I got to the counter to pay, there were 4-5 add ons that I had no knowledge of. Thank goodness I had a bunch of roll over credits to cover the charge, but my God, you have to let people know what the plan is and not just do what you think is right. My massage was great per usual. Shout out to Zach. He came from a previous business that was transitioned over (massage green). Now to thee chemical peel. Same young woman that didn’t initial facial. I decided to ask her the questions instead of waiting for her to offer information. Mind you, I’ve been on a skin care journey this year and my face was looking the best it had been in years! I worked so hard and paid a lot of money for products. This chemical peel messed all of that up. 1) I wasn’t given a mirror after it was done but I did walk past two other employees on my way out. I paid and walked to my car. I get in and immediately look in my mirror. There’s clay very visible clay on my nose and near my eyes. I was so embarrassed and annoyed! I wanted to go back inside but I was running late for another appointment. I let it go and went about my business. My skin never peeled, rolled off on little balls— nothing. What did happen is that I broke out in pimples, which I haven’t had in over a year. I began scarring and having extreme discomfort and discoloration. Now my skin looks atrocious. This wasn’t my first chemical peel. This was the worst though. Poor customer service and poor results. After I’m done using my credits I will likely cancel my membership. Until then I will be going to a different location that’s out of my way to see if better service will be provided. Very disappointed. I do not recommend for facials. Ask the questions and make sure they’re not stacking you with additional services without your consent. It’s a nice facility, but they need to polish up on their professionalism and execution. The front desk was nice until I paid, then I became invisible especially while I was browsing other products. I’ll have to find my self-care elsewhere.

If you have an issue with being charged a fee for canceling due to COVID, or strept throat, your best bet is to go in with a mask on and hope you don't infect anyone. I've been a member for almost two years and each person you talk to make their own set of rules. They cannot handle canceling and replacing a card on file so you may incur unnecessary fees (speaking from experience) and a lot of times they don't have clean robes and the towels smell like meldew. I dealt with it for so long because of the personal relationship I built with one of the therapist but after being charged a fee today for canceling due to the flu and strept throat I'm done. There are too many places with the same offerings for me to deal with nonsense. And the "manager" giggled when I asked for the corporate phone number. She stated that " we are a franchise....and most people would just come in sick or just pay the fee." Once they have your card on file they think they can say and do whatever they want. Be careful with the woodbridge location. They need training on business management and public relations. Horrible! I canceled my membership TODAY. I may need this for proof.

More than one worker there assured me I would receive $129 free gift cards for my $129 purchases for their Black Friday deal. After I purchased two gift cards, I received only $79.95 in gift cards. No apologies or effort to make things right. Receptionist was snappy and just kept repeating the same phrase over and over. What a scam. Will never go back.

I’ve been going here since they opened. I’ve used several masseuses and enjoyed them all. Although I now regularly visit with Kelly. She listens to what my needs are and gives an Awesome massage. Great place and people. Also nice discounts, perks etc if you are a member.

John was amazing and understood my problem areas as well as my vertigo. He was an expert in stretching and massage using various techniques. This is my second visit but first with John and John will now be my permanent my therapist. His expertise is amazing.

Disappointed! Waste of money! I booked to get a hot stone massage but when I got there, I’ve been told the machine is not working and they offered me a Himalayan salt exploitation massage and I said OK and when I got into the room the massage therapist told me that the equipment to make the Himalayan salt warm is not functioning as well. So I didn’t get the service what I wanted plus when I called and talked to the manager she said, it’s the equipment which were not functioning, but we gave you a service. The service she’s talking about is not the one that I wanted to have, and she said it in a not friendly manner. Zero customer service, very disappointed and I will never go back there again. 11/13/23 I tried to reach out to the owner based on the request they posted after my review. No response back from them, it’s been more than a week now, so that was a pretend response. As I said before, I repeat it again, Zero!!! customer service!
