If you order a buffalo chicken pizza, expect it to have ZERO sauce on it. This is the second time we've ordered a buffalo pizza, and it was delivered without a drop of sauce. The order of tots was wrong as well. At this point, we've officially given up on this store.

If I can rate this place 0 starts I would. Pizza was so dry had no sauce at all! So many air bubbles it literally tasted like I was just only eating BREAD. Customer service is horrible !! Got hung up 5 times after being on hold manager finally answered and asked what’s the problem so I told her not a minute later I got hung up on ONCE again. I’ve called back many of times and still no answer ?? I will never order from this place again!

Ordered online , when I opened the boxes of Pizza they look nasty , there is burnt part and the pizza does not look like pizza . I never ordered thin crust . The Pizza was Horrible. The manager there has a very poor customer service !!! . Never will order in that branch again. Waist of my money . And time to even get into the base. I called and i was just put on hold.

Don't even bother calling. It's routed to a call center, likely not even in America. Got someone who was ESL and could hardly understand. Okay, so I drove to the store. Ordered. Waited 35 minutes when I'm only one in store. Turns out my Pizza was finished for a while, but with people on their personal phones I wasn't notified. This is my opinion and experience.

Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza; There was no sauce, way too many air bubbles, and it was basically all crust. Not worth the time nor money. Staff is kind, but that doesn't make up for the worst pizza.

The guys here were really working hard. They get things right. I ordered the spicy pineapple jalapeno chicken.

Yep. Not returning. After being the only person in the lobby on a quiet Monday evening, there only being three orders on the screen, 40 minutes later, after the employees finished their personal phone calls, I was finally able to get dinner for my family. I ordered ahead and they obviously didn't start the order until I arrived. I came here to get dinner quickly but they couldn't figure it out. Done, and NOT recommended...

Never on time last time the driver showed up late with someone else's order and it took another hour to get mine.

Our food was cooked to perfection, my wife called to get our wings ran through twice and extra sauce and gentlemen on the phone was extremely nice and explainined they took that option away he didn’t know why. Excellency customer service excellent food and very quick pick up thanks so much for being generous!!!!

This establishment is an absolute disgrace to the dominos name and should be completely restaffed. I ordered a pizza for my wife and daughter as a surprise while I was at work. The pizza arrived and it was completely torn apart and slices had bites taken out of them. I returned the pizza in the same condition it was delivered and the workers had no idea what happened they claimed, but I could tell they knew something. Seriously? As a veteran I am sad to see this is how this place is serving pizzas on Quantico Marine base. The marines there deserve better.
