There is good BUT mostly bad. The GOOD: A revolving sushi bar in the mall - cool, right? Looks like fun! The BAD: The sushi is a joke. Some pieces taste okay at best. But the portions are tiny and overpriced! The last time I went here, I was carefully looking at many of the sushi pieces, and quite a few of them had started to discolor and gel. A few of the sushi pieces looked okay.. And those are the ones I grabbed. But be very careful because rotting fish can make you very sick. You can average $5 for each item. $5 average price for not just sushi, but peanut butter and jelly "sushi" rolls, little balls of watermelon, dry crunchy snacks in a little bowl, 3 orange slices, cake... yep, each of those items are $5 average price. Sadly, sometimes I'm just craving sushi and I'm at the mall. I tell myself to grab just two or three little dishes and leave. It won't be satisfying... Not by any stretch of the imagination. But at least I'll get some sort of little sushi fix. And every time I do, it costs me $20 to have a couple bites of food and I always leave completely dissatisfied (not to mention worried I'm going to get sick). And I always laugh at what is available on the conveyor belt. It wouldn't be so bad if the non-fish items were way cheaper. But they are not.... oh well =)

After shopping we went to eat at Wasabi, in general the sushi didn't feel that fresh, but it was pretty good to have something quick, I recommend the Tyson's roll

A sushi restaurant worth trying. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the prices are average. I recommend visiting it

It’s a fun way to sushi 🍣… For me it was more of the experience than the food. It’s not as fresh I guess that’s expected, even still it was tasty. I don’t know if I would come back. They are quite busy. Service is decent. They do have made to order items.

i Absolutely adore the concept of this place. The conveyor belt interactive concept where you just sit down, and grab a plate from the moving belt, and prices are depending to the color of the plate chosen. Plates range anywhere from around $3.50-$8 I believe. You can get a decent roll consisting of about 4 to 5 pieces for $5. Oh, I should add that the rolls are not full rolls most of the quality ones have 5 pieces tops. But there are some other rolls with about 6 to 8 pieces too, I got the Tyson's & Dragon roll this visit, i loved the dragon roll, the presentation is cute & the eel was yummy. This particular visit I didn't think my cup was too clean but in good faith it could've been stained from previous orders (as it seems like their designated cup for green tea) Do not expect a Japanese steakhouse type of sushi quality, or even too much of the best mom and pop (small) sushi restaurants that you've been to. The big thing about this place is more so the experience of it all and how cool the conveyor belt is. But with that being said ...I have always enjoyed sushi here every time I visited wasabi. 2.5 stars but the experience makes it a solid 3.

My kids begged to eat here when they saw it from above at Tysons. They thought it was really cool. The food was fine. The salmon in the spicy sashimi was kind of fatty. The orange delight and spring rolls were a hit with the kids and my 7yo said the spring rolls were the best he's ever tasted. The service was great. Plates range from 3.95 (desserts, snack mix, edamame)to 6.95 (sushi rolls, sashimi, hand rolls). We ended up trying 8 things and paid $45. It was a fun and unique experience.

This a really cool restaurant to check out if you like sushi and happen to be at Tyson's Corner! The sushi slides past you on a conveyor belt and you grab it if it appeals to you!

My husband and I got violent food poisoning after eating here. The eel wasn’t fresh. And the imitation crab tasted weird. Service was fast. People making food need to wash their hands. And the sushi was on the belt for too long, I saw multiple plates make many circles around. I didn’t think they follow cleanliness and food safety protocols the same way the Japanese do.

I understand they have a system for making sure food is safe, but it is simply unappealing to eat warm sushi. The food is on the conveyor belt for so long that it just is not as tasty as it could be. It's also pricey, but I guess that should be expected since they have such a unique location in the mall. Service was fine.
