Five stars all around! Visited for the first time on a day trip and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Multiple options to choose from in their menu, and though it's a small space, there's plenty of seating inside and out. Staff was beyond helpful explaining the popular choices and their favorites. Ordering was an ease and food was brought to the table. Everything tasted absolutely delicious and extremely fresh. I love Maine style seafood and the lobster roll was on point! The lobster chowder with extra lobster was also amazingly good. The crab cake was super fresh and also tasty. Multiple staff members checked in throughout the meal, making sure that everything was right, from the food to the ambiance. The manager, Jade, was one of the most welcoming restaurant staff I've encountered (especially over the last few years). She walked us through the restaurant opening over the last year and the menu being inspired from its owners from Maine. Overall, a great and memorable experience. You won't be disappointed!

Decided to make a stop because of the 4.9 average rating across over 1000 reviews. Parking was difficult, but I managed to “barely” legally park on the street a few blocks. Other people were blatantly violating the parking signs though. The lobster roll was actually good - meaty, plump, and not too expensive. $21 for the roll seems to be pretty standard. The lobster bisque however seemed pricey, particularly as the bisque itself was $8 yet did not come with any lobster meat? $4 add on for the lobster meat. The bisque itself was actually acceptable though. Would not recommend the fries as the sides though nor would I recommend sitting outside during colder months as our food became cold pretty quickly. Service was also a notable differentiator at this establishment. As soon as we approached the door, a server emerged to welcome us. This server was then also quite attentive throughout the rest of the meal.

Welcoming service and very tasty food! Excellent and friendly service, everyone had a kind word. My group shared our dishes because we each raved about what we ordered. If you're visiting, don't miss this spot. If you live in the area, make it one of your favorites. I can't write anymore... I'm stuffed.

This was the best meal that I’ve had in a long time! Everything was perfection, from the VERY friendly staff to the perfected toasted bun to the flavourful lobster. We had such a wonderful experience, and cannot wait to come back the next time my husband and I visit DC! We both tried the lobster roll, one with the French fry side and the other with the hush puppies side. In hindsight, we should have ordered a separate order of hush puppies since they were so perfect! We will save that for our next visit.

Absolutely the BEST!! I had the lobster roll and my son had the crabcake sandwich. I can’t say enough. Food is AMAZING! And if you see Miss Nye, you will talk to the nicest person around! We are from SC and I was wanting lobster. So glad we found this hidden gem!

Delicious food!! I tried the lobster grilled cheese with hush puppies. I ate every last bite! Everyone with me enjoyed everything they ate as well. Staff is friendly and attentive. I think the crab cakes take 15 min to make but whatever wait is worth it. Food is fresh and cooked perfectly. Small place with few seating options but we got lucky with a table downstairs when another group left.

Visiting DC for a weekend and found this place so l thought why not, and really glad we ended up here for lunch!! Their food was delicious! We got the Po boy sandwich, which was the perfect crunch and loved the sauce on it! Also, got the lobster bisque and omg | was obsessed! Perfectly seasoned and thick. My friends got the fish and chips and lobster roll which was also very good! We sat upstairs which was cute and we had the whole place to ourselves. Jai (the manager) was so helpful and sweet. She came and checked on us a few times and even gave us lollipops for valentines! Highly recommend this place!!

Great place and location. Lobster roll was delicious ! Staff was super friendly. Clean establishment! I later learned the grilled cheese lobster is top tier so I’ll get that next time! They have the lobster roll option without the bread too! 10/10 recommend! Outdoor and indoor seating. If you park along Prospect and Potomac, you’re good ( street parking). Great spot for a snack or a full meal!
