Just did the infrared sauna and it was amazing!! Sweated A LOT! They provide water, towel and a robe so you really don’t need to bring anything! The facility is really clean and the receptionist was also very friendly:) I was only in D.C for my 24hr layover and I’m so glad I went. Highly recommend

this is my first time coming to this type of therapy. I had a wonderful time on cryo therapy. I felt so relaxed after. i was bale to try the whole experience and it was really worth it. The staff was very attentive and kind. the facility is clean well organized. and the service they provide is the best part. I would definitely recommend cryp therapy for those with a lot of stress built on themselves. I felt so relieved after my first visit.
