Service is horrible but food is decent. She gives you a nasty attitude about just everything. But I dont think her food is that good for me to take her attitude.

I usually pick up food here all the time for lunch to go. The service is whatever but the food is usually always good, that is until today. I found a sharp piece of aluminum metal in my soup (soon dae guk) right before I was about to bite into it. It is EXTREMELY pointy and I dont know what it is. I am not a scammer nor do I have anything to gain from this. I just want people to be careful before eating anything from here. I dont want to imagine if it was a small child eating this and get hurt due to the negligence of this restaurant.

I've been to Seoul soondae in Centreville va and had a great dining experience there. This one is completely different. The lady at the cash register was inexplicably rude. She got my order wrong and I simply asked to have my food changed and she yelled at my wife and me. She would not accept that the order was wrong and told me I made the mistake and nothing could be done about it. The food is also below average especially compared to the other location. Never coming back here again and I recommend not even trying to eat here.

Um what can I say that's positive about this place....NOTHING!! The Korean lady who was managing the register was extremely rude to us. First off we stood in front of the register where she was standing and ignored us for a few min. Then gave us an attitude when we ordered....she got mad at us because we didn't speak Korean...are you serious? The worst part was when we paid for our meal and she threw the credit card with reciepr at us over the counter. Took every bit of me not to chew the hag out infront of everyone.

Ordered cold noodles and spicy pork, they were out of noodles (?). The "spicy pork" turned out to be intestine, an alternate on the menu. Order taker never asked which we wanted, pork is listed first. The alternate meat is actually SUPPOSED to be tripe (beef stomach), but that is not what we got, we got intestine not tripe. Order taker argued "that's what it is in Korean" (well then how about don't print it wrong on the menu in English). Couldn't give us a refund or replacement without "contacting the owner." Tried to eat the veggies out of it, but it wasn't even that good. Bad food, bad service, bad policies. Avoid at all costs.

The best food stall in this Lotte market food court in my opinion. It is very hard to find soondae around this area and theirs taste the closest to the ones I had in Korea.

Service is awful but if you can get past that, the food is half decent. I always get the potatoes and pork stew, but this time I got the spicy pig feet. Was pleasantly surprised that there was not as much bone and was packed with good flavors. I was about to order but totally ignored. Ordered elsewhere until she finally acknowledged me.

I had ordered a Gopchang-jungol. I don't think this dish i had was a food for a human consumption. I had this dish many times before from other restaurants with exceptional quality. I don't even want to put up a photo...thats how bad it is. It clearly shows ...this place do not cook these food front of you. They cook it and they put in the freezer and let it sit for days before they toss it into a pan and scrambles it. I don't have patience or tolerance for bad food...this must be on top of chart.

I ate Seoul soup a few days ago, and the rice was not the same day but the previous day, and the soup was just water, sweet and spicy, and it was so tasteless as if it was boiled with chili powder. It's a waste of money to buy foo

Food is authentic, that’s what matters the most, I don’t give a f about the service as people pay no tips here.

Food underwhelming. Cannot even do Kimchi right. Neighboring food stand "Manna" will be money better spent. Avoid.
