Great customer service, great food & our order was ready within a minute of ordering. 10/10

Nothing but good stuff to say about this place. Tasty food, served up fast, hot and fresh. Facility is always clean, neat and orderly. Well decorated and comfortable too. The friendliest staff you'll ever see at a fast food spot. They seem genuinely happy to work there. I've met and spoken with the owner and he impresses me as a genuinely good person and an honest businessman.

I’m in utter disbelief that I experienced this at Chick-fil-a My nuggets were not thoroughly cooked and the macaroni and cheese tasted sour and looked as if it was old. The young lady who took my order was very dismissive and rude she actually did not greet me nor did she make eye contact with me as I ordered. I’m highly disappointed, I’d expect this unbecoming behavior and distasteful food from “ McDonald’s “ not Chick-Fil-A

I’ve spent so much money at this Chick-fil-A location as a “Chick-fil-A One® Signature Member.” It was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust the cleanliness of this location after finding hair in my food on two separate occasions and another questionable occurrence with something being in my fruit cup. I’ve reached out to corporate and the local branch and was not met with a satisfactory response. Please keep that in mind.

This was not intentional. But two vanilla milkshakes with 🍒 makes my daughter's bike look more feminine. LMAO

Male employee did not provide good service today. I was asked to park in a reserved area until my order was ready. Young male employee with a very sad face brought my order to me. I asked if he could provide more sauce. He looks at me and shouts “sauce.” I respond. “Yes. Polynesian and Chik-fil-a sauce. He turns and walks away never to be seen again, I waited about 5 minutes then walked down the lane to the drive- thru personnel. She happily handed me the sauce. I don’t know what was wrong with the young man, but his attitude was not customer-friendly. I hope he is ok. I rate Chik-fil-a a 2 today.

Tried the spicy grilled chicken sandwich and it was ok. It wasn't spicy at all. Tasted just like the regular grilled chicken sandwich. I received my order exactly the way I ordered it. Unfortunately, the cashier was focused on flirting with my husband. I went to the restroom and there she was in his face, smh. Anyway, the customer service was excellent elsewhere as usual from Chick-fil-a.

I really enjoy being able to order on the app and have it delivered to my table. It is so much easier. The food was what I expect from Chick-fil-A. Hot, tasty, and a great value. I'm a heavy eater, but I never go away hungry here.

Chick-fil-A is usually a little better than all the other fast food places and this one is the same. Decent food, clean, and friendly service. I also really appreciate that they have special events in the evenings. I took my daughter to the daddy daughter date night and we had a great time. I think that many Chick-fil-As do this kind of thing but this one does a great job at it.

Very good Cobb salad, you can get it with grilled or fried chicken nuggets and if you don't eat pork like myself get it with no bacon

Service at this location is always amazing. Today I went through the drive through. And realized I forgot my wallet. Young lady at the window paid for my lunch. I believe her name is Ahlia. Thank you! I was just reminded that there is still goodness in the world 🌎.

An awesome place to eat. The employees are friendly and you never have a long wait inside or at the drive through. Call ahead ordering is also very well organized.

This place has really good food!But being gluten-free means less food options.😔service is pretty good.And the atmosphere is fun but Chick-fil-A is pretty crowded.

This Chick-fil-A is only 6 mins away from me which is great but the drive thru these past few months has really made me not like this location. I think they worry to much about how fast the line is moving rather than the quality of their service. They ALWAYS forget something. I didn’t get any utensils so I had to wait hours before I could even eat my food. The only traditional manners they have is asking for your name for your food that’s about it.

Never had a better experience at any other chik fil A and this was even better than most restaurants I've been at! They were helpful, kind, attentive and just great through the whole process. Seriously some of the best service ever!

I ordered a tray of nuggets the day before I was picking it up. Then I called 20 minutes before picking it up. They told me the tray would be done in 10 minutes. I arrived at 12 noon when I was scheduled to and the tray wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 more minutes before it was done. That made me run late to the party I was bringing the tray of food to. I am very disappointed in chick FIL a for not having it ready on time.

I'm a bowl of soup, 8ct nugget (Polenesian and Chick-fil-A sauce) and fry type of woman, all fresh and delish🤤. Speedy service as usual they need to teach the other fast foods their secret😅.

Seems like most of these kids have attitudes problems. Food was cold. And every time I come they never give you the sauces you ask for. They always just give me one. I try to avoid going to this chick fila. This is the closet to my house and I will drive an extra 10 mins to go to a different one most of the time.

I have never had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A. When the staff says "My Pleasure" it makes my day. Thank you Chick-fil-A 🥰

Terrible order. Chick-fil-A was great for their service however, it is no better than McDonalds now. In fact, McDonalds would seem to be a better option now in receiving all your items ordered. Not only have they forgot a food item in my order but refused to give the sauces I ordered and seemed to throw random sauces on the order. It seems as the new hires they made are not competent or care about the customers orders. It was not this way before I hope they fix this and return to their, before outstanding, service not too long ago.

Terrible. How do you feel after giving a child food poisoning. Kid has been throwing up non stop and has not been able to eat or sleep. Shame on you Chick Fila shame on you!! No one should have to suffer like that. Don’t eat here!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT HERE!!!

Bread was not fresh and French fries were lukewarm. Big difference from my Maple Lawn location where the service and food is always great!

I use to eat here twice a week for the last year or so but lately I've had to return to get the rest of my order 4 miles away not a big deal but when your kids are hungry and you worked all day and are tired it not fun. And when you call and tell them they forgot things they don't give you anything extra you just waist Gas and time.

Chick fil A is one of best fast food restaurants I have ever been to. They have fast and excellent service. The staff is always clean and very polite and sincere. I will be glad when I can go there again. I can't get enough of their food.

This fast food chain has customer service on lock. The food is fresh and quickly handed to the customers as usual.

It seems to me over the past few months Chick-fil-A service has declined in every store most the employees don't even look interested in serving you or taking your order a cheerful smile and warming greetings are no longer standard you barely get eye contact when you tell them thank you for your order I wish it was just this store but it seems to be all of them now it's like Chick-fil-A decided to put customer service on the back burner

Like every one I've been too. Just all around amazing. I love they give their employees Sundays off but I find myself many times wanting either their Cobb salad with cold cutt up grilled chicken or crispy chicken sandwich then drive out and realize it's Sunday. Then I'm Soo disappointed after craving it all day. And their Mac & cheese is outstanding... Chic-fil-A is #1 in Fast food.

The best service EVER! Lines can be backed up to the mall road and still they deliver quickly and the food is always hot and fresh with much care. I can tell they screen for good attitude. That is definitely important.

FIVE STAR CATERING TEAM!!!! I cannot say enough about Katie and Brendan from restaurant relations & catering! I accidentally put a HUGE catering order in for the wrong day and did not recognize my mistake until the day of the correct pick up. Katie and Brendan did EVERYTHING they could to make the situation work and work perfectly, at that! We will most definitely be ordering catering ALL THE TIME moving forward!
