Good quality and tasty burger, so are their fries.The portion are fair for the price. iThis location is easily accessible;however, finding free parking can be an issue but luckily there are many public parking building around. Restaurant is clean and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

I have been to this place few time, they are usually okay. Today I ordered online burgers and fries. They bread used for the burgers was not the usual bread and was poor quality and because they were not bothered to cut the bun properly, the meat was out the bread and box was a mess. Probably one of my favorite fast casual burger joint in town. You can pay the same price as some popular fast food place but the quality in both taste and ingredients at BurgerFi is so much better, so why wouldn’t you go here instead? Pay the same price for a sad-looking, limp and tasteless burger combo meal at McDonalds OR same price and get something you’ll actually be happy with at BurgerFi? Easy decision for me.

I wish I could give zaro for my order. First, I asked for the single burger but I got double( they charged me for double!!). I asked for refund which I paid by card, but I got cash without any paper that show the difference!!!!!!! Second, I asked for EXTRA pickles and I got NOTHING even 1 pickle in my burger!!! Third, the quality of the fries was terrible and I post the photos that I took from my fries!! Manager has to be responsible for this issues!!!!!!!!!!Also, some fries was So BiG!!!!!!!!! The quality of burger and fries were terrible!

Burger Fi used to be an amazing chain for burgers that was a special trest anytime we found one... but now? Now its a damn joke. What was one a big juicy burger is now a fun-sized dense patty. $13 for a burger and no fries or drink is absurd for what is, essentially, fast food. For that price, I'd get an entire meal at another chain. The server didnt even know whay beers were on draft either. $55 for 2 burgers, onion rings, 3 piece tenders, a beer, and a milk shake!! And then the kiosk asks if i want to tip 20%, 25%, 30%, or other. I didnt even see a place for "no tip". Im definitely done with that place

Great food! Delicious onion rings! The burger was so good! Mario and Oscar gave excellent customer service! And we felt like home, the atmosphere was so relaxing! Will definitely come back!

Pricey but I love their hot fries with salt pepper ketchup and the BurgerFi sauce(their version of Mac Sauce). Milkshakes are also delicious and have several flavors to choose from. The service is always good and restaurant is always clean and inviting. Only one hang up…PARKING!!! Good luck.

Me and my sister specifically ordered the bacon burger and burgerfi sauce on the side (for which we paid extra) and they failed to give us either of those in our delivery. The lettuce was brown and wilting. We ordered the burgerfi burger as well which specifically has NO cheese, and there was cheese on it. The burger meat tasted bland and stale. Lastly, when I tried to call a manager about it, the dial tone just kept ringing and no one picked up. Will likely be the last time I will be dining here

"Okay" food. Some of my fries were hard like they weren't cooked all the way through. Bun was tasteless. Gave 4 stars only because ordering and pickup went smoothly.

Even Mc Donald bugger is still better than this. Do you think this is medium rare that I ordered and it's cost more than $20 ???? Look at the buns and fried!!!! Don't even try to order ice tea...they will give you ....a bottle of sweet tea and ...no ice. Never come back!

The food is exceptional. My go-tos are The CEO burger, Oreo milkshake, chicken tenders, and urban style fries. But the management’s lack of regard for their customers is appalling and the reason I may never go back. In the 10 years I have been coming here, I never encountered so many issues as I have over the last year. The store no longer has a phone number, there is no manager on site, and the staff are helpless when it comes to customer issues. Today, I tried to redeem a gift card in store. The staff told me they don’t have the ability to do that and to use the app. I told them I tried, so they tried with me and alas, nobody was able to redeem the gift card. They handed me the card of the Regional Manager of MD & VA, Charles Wagner, and said to call him. I did. His number is no longer in service. I stood there in disbelief. A supervisor came out and said there’s nothing he can do. I should try to email him. This is the last straw for me. The time before that, I ordered delivery through the app and the driver never delivered the order. I had no number to call and the general email went unanswered. I never received any acknowledgment or refund. So I am sitting here with $35 in gift cards I can’t use and nobody who will help me. If Charles Wagner returns my email, I will update my review. In the meantime, customers, beware of this place.

Zero stars if I could. I went in with my toddler to order food to go. Waiting 40+ minutes for my food. When I first ordered to the cashier put in my wrong order. Do I had to stand back in line and wait to order the missing items. After waiting all that time I finally went home to eat my food and drink my milkshake. My stomachs was bothering me so bad. I felt nauseous so bad. I threw up before going to bed. I threw up in the middle of the night about 3 time. My body now ache, I have the shivers and a high temperature of 102.4 Never going back again. It may be food poisoning.

Definitely best burgers in the area! Fresh cut fries and burgers perfectly cooked. Place is always clean and employees are super friendly.

I would order BurgerFi again. The only item I would not recommend is the "Concrete". It was basically a ton of toppings in milk. Based on the name and the pic, I was expecting a consistency closer to ice cream or a milk shake. I put it in the freezer while I ate the other items, but it remained soupy. There was no description listed on the site where the meal was ordered, so my expectations may have been off. It was not enjoyable. They can't all be winners - the rest of the meal was good. I would recommend the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and Fresh-Cut Fries (REGULAR). The Cheese Sauce container ($1.49 for about 2.5 Tbs Velveeta-like cheese topping) is way too tiny not to be appropriately filled (mine was not). Had it been full, one container would have been adequate for 1/2 of the "Regular" size fries, the smaller of 2 options offered. Two containers would be necessary if you wanted enough cheese sauce for the whole portion of fries - which seems reasonable and works well for sharing the smaller but generously sized portion of fries, enough for at least two people.

Really good flavor 4 stars because there is always space for improvement! Keep it up! Mario was very attentive and a nice cashier!!!! 👍

Great place to spend with family and friends! Had the pleasure of meeting Cinthya the manager who was extremely professional and friendly. She recommended the new BBQ burger, which by the way exceeded my expectations. Food is fresh and delicious, they also offer a variety of wine and beer selection 😎. No wonder why this place is so packed all the time(definitely worth the wait). Price is a bit higher compared to other fast food restaurants but again it’s definitely worth it.

The key lime pie concrete was delicious! It was very subtle on the lime flavor, and the consistency was perfect. We all enjoyed our sweet treats!

Maybe I came on an off night, but my burger was underwhelming. Dry (luckily they gave me more sauce when I asked), the meat was unseasoned, and the burger was almost cold. The urban style fries seemed undercooked and soggy, however the sauces and seasonings were delicious and almost made up for it.

Always prefer BurgerFi over 5 guys. Burgers are better and the fries are easily my favorite of any fast food place. They are not greasy and soggy and they actually taste like potatoes. I keep coming back here.

First time visiting this place. The customer service was phenomenal. The young lady behind the counter even setup a table for my son so he could watch The Lion King on their tv. We had the original burger and fries. The food was great and loved the fries!

I been looking for a good burger place and walked across burgerfi as I was walking downtown to find my new favorite burger place. I walked in was able to quickly read through their delicious menu and options their handcut fries were amazaing dude! If a fresh made to order burger is what you're looking for you won't be dissapointed. Staff are awesome, food is delicious made in a timely manner, the restaurant is also very clean. Overall my new favorite burger place. Although they could add buffalo to their sauce list everything else was amazing come ready and belly empty for this delicious food. Make sure to tip the staff they deserve it!

VegiFi burger was fine, nothing to write home about. The veggie patty had a nice crunch but the bun was stale. It was also pricey for such a small burger. I would recommend PLNTBurger (right across the street) or Shake Shack over this.

First time to a BurgerFi and I was not disappointed. I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheesburger, Double Bacon, Double Cheese and Double Burger and Spicy fries. Located next to the Courtyard by Marriott. The Wayne Street Parking Garage is just around the corner. Adding BurgerFi to my list!

Today I visited this restaurant and I really loved it. Their food is super delicious and their BBQ Rodeo burger is a delight to share. Their fries with American cheese make up for everything. When ordering, Mario was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. For everything, I will give this place 5 stars.
