This is concerning my husband’s experience at this office. Dr. Singh listened and answered questions with thoughtful responses. He made sure that my husband understood what the medicine would do for him and if he understood his condition. It was a very pleasant experience. In addition, the office staff is outstanding and very caring. It is rare these days to find such a professional medical office.

I was recommended to the office after a hospital visit my appt was scheduled for 10am I was checked in by 9:59am. After 30 minutes no one called I had to go to the front to see what the issue was..the front desk went to check to come back and say the doctor was running 15-20 minutes behind...cool wish someone would have communicated that ( communication in this office is horrible -3stars) when I went back the check in nurse did not acknowledge the wait nor said how long it would be. When she asked had the paperwork been completed I informed it was almost an hour ago...still no apology more of an oh well gesture. After saying the doctor will be in shortly and have a good day another 10 minutes pass..nothing ...I am on a pill schedule from the hospital at least be considerate.. then after an hour ask for a urine sample so the Dr can look at..that could have been done while I waited at least something would be done ..a whole 1hr and 10 minutes late to even start the process is unacceptable this is not the ER ...if it was me I would be charged. Give me the option to reschedule... ( customer service -3 stars). I asked how much longer and the nurse at the desk had the nerve to have an attitude.. the Dr was nice and apologetic as well as understanding the core of my frustration which added a 1.5 star. The staff needs sensitivity training as well as communicating etiquette. If you know your Dr is running late or struggling help them..it makes it easier on the patients and reduces frustration. I feel bad for the Dr (empathy .5 star)

Dr. Singh performed an Aquablation prostrate treatment six weeks ago. I was very satisfied from the start to the finish. He’s definitely an all-star doctor. I was informed before and after my procedure. Entire staff is very professional.

Dr. Kevin Reid is a consummate professional in the field of urology. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout my interactions with him. He consistently demonstrated a high level of proficiency, addressing all my questions with clarity and thoroughness. Dr. Reid's commitment to patient care and approachable demeanor made the experience positive. I appreciate his dedication to providing comprehensive and understandable information, contributing to a sense of confidence and trust in his care.

Dr. Klein is very professional and friendly and he listens with genuine concern for his patients. I have been a patient for several years and have had two successful procedures. I have complete trust in Dr. Klein and his staff.

Dr. Alok Desi is the consummate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and has an outstanding bedside manner. I would highly recommend him and his staff for all urology needs.

I will credit this office with taking me seriously and enacting the appropriate tests (recommended by my PT and referring physician), rather than just pushing me into pelvic surgery. But if you go with this practice—especially if you are commuting—know that there is a severe scheduling deficiency. Call ahead before you come maybe if you have no other options? I’m in a room now, 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes here. I should have just left when they I asked if my appointment was on time and they said yes (after it was already 25 minutes late pre-room). For another appointment that was a procedure, they were an appointment and a half behind: an HOUR AND A HALF. No one called to tell me or ask to reschedule. No one even said anything when I checked in; I asked after half an hour what was up. I commuted and have two children under 5, so I decided to stick it out. My appointment began AFTER HOURS for their office and concluded 75 minutes later for what was an estimated 45-minute procedure; by the way, the tiny room had an overflowing trash can and a chair with broken stirrups that kept falling out mid-procedure. Unacceptable. Again, I have had two moderately on-time appointments, one a procedure. The doctors have been attentive. I do have a problem that needs fixed. But no one is for sure of the fix, and my issue is more nerve damage than an anatomical pelvic issue, so the doctors aren’t necessarily my saviors anyhow. I would find somewhere else to go if at all possible. I’m going to try to make this my last appointment.

Doc Birhanu, NP, is a brilliant young doctor who is friendly and efficient. He identifies problems and finds practical solutions. I was unable to receive my extremely expensive medication because my government pharmacy was paying an outrageous amount, so each prescription had to be ordered with a personal phone call from my physician and then I could get only 30 days worth of the drug that was working for me. Doc Birhanu, NP, gave me a prescription and a link to RX site that provided by my exact prescription for $5 a month. He took the extra effort to ensure his 81 year old patient was up to speed on the source. Perfect!
