Great food with a lot of choices to choose from! Decent brownie. Good place if you're ever tired of Taco Bell.

Good food! My son loves this place and is a bit hooked. There is a beautiful array of cheese sauces and the quesadilla's are much better than most sit down restaurant's. Definitely worth checking it out...

This review is for all Qdoba restaurants, so not exclusively for this location only. Like Chipotles, I like Qdoba for their several healthy ingredients, but the bowl portion is far smaller than Chipotles. They give tiny amount of guacomole for Veggie bowl I love to order. Qdoba and Chipotle have to catch up with Mezeh (the best!) and Cava in term of healthy ingredients and flavors.

Pros: - The food quality is high (for this type of restaurant). I always get hot and tasty meals from this location. - The restroom (Men’s room) was clean every time I’ve visited. - Bilingual staff. No issue communicating in English. - Friendly staff. Everyone smiles and does a great job with the service. - They have an App and it provides mobile orders; you’re less likely to wait for mobile orders. Cons: - Mobile pickup orders (when you order through the app) can cause delays during pickup; if you order during peak business hours.

I had the most poor customer service on 11/02/23 portion was to small tried to ask them but they were talking completely different topic I left without my food

I like having multiple options for ingredients to add like the pickled onion or the queso diablo, and the always free guacamole. The taste of the food is OK and the price is slightly lower than other places with similar options. I bought 1 taco to try the Cholula chicken and mango salsa, but the "corn" tortilla has a strange texture that makes it appear and taste unlike corn or flour. I'll call it a sad tortilla — next time I'll try the flour one and hope it's better. The Cholula chicken is not spicy at all and the mango salsa isn't as good. Either way, there are many options to choose from and Qdoba is a good place to go for a quick bite while trying to spend the least amount of money on casual eats.

The food is just ok, the chicken was rubbery, the food taste like grill! They spend more time talking in their language so u can’t understand, it is so important for a diversity atmosphere! They give you small portions, and I have seen them give the people in the same network more food and better customer service! They need to keep u with mezeh yes, and check with chick FLA customer service, along with a diverse atmosphere !

I love the food but the customer service was so bad. I was redeeming the free chips reward with my entree purchase at the register and I scanned my phone and when she didn’t hand me the chips I show her the receipt and see the chips weren’t added. I let her know hey my chips & salsa are missing to which all the women gathered up front and were saying we can’t redeem a reward without an entree purchase. The lady who checked me out said, oh yea you did tell me about the chips but I forgot to add it on so that’s why the reward wasn’t added. And although THEY made the mistake they didn’t even attempt to honor it or something. The lady simply said well your reward doesn't expire yet so just come back another day and redeem it with your purchase

Qdoba is my favorite place, they have the best service and the food is always great! Every time I order for pick-up the food is always ready early, I've never had to wait. Today I had to pick up my son early from school because he was sick. I called and asked if they bring my food to my car cause I didn't want to drag my sick son inside, and the woman was super kind and brought it out right away! 🥰Thank you very much, I really appreciated it! ❤️

We ordered the burrito meal deal and when i returned to hotel room there were only 2 burritos in the bag. The forgot the chips and salsa and 2 cookies so we got 2 burritos for $25. When we called the manager pretended there was a bad connection. I wasn’t driving back because you sit at the traffic lights for a half an hr in this town.
