Came in and was seated and waited to be served for 20 min. 2 other groups got their menus and orders taken before we did. Their workers just sat there and looked at us but never came to give us a menu or take our order. This is the first food place I've ever walked out of! Viet Chopstick right across the street is much better and cleaner. Never again at Vietnam 75 Noodle. What a disappointment 😞

We came here a while ago and didn’t have any issues and enjoyed the food. Last night we had family come into town and they wanted pho. We called in an order, it wound up being about $93 for 5 entrees and 2 appetizers. The shrimp fried rice and grilled shrimp entrees were good, although the rice was under cooked a little there was still good flavor. The fried spring roll was the only thing that seemed to be cook properly. As for the fresh spring roll and the 3 pho soups we ordered, they were pretty bad. The rice paper on the spring rolls were hard and hard to eat, I didn’t even finish them. The noodles for the pho broke into a million little pieces as soon as we added our broth. All 3 of us that had pho also realized that the meat (2 beef and 1 chicken) was tough and not a lot of flavor in the broth. Don’t know what changed about this restaurant but we won’t be returning.

From my recent visit to 75 Pho, I was particularly impressed by their culinary expertise, especially when it comes to their Pho. The broth was rich in flavor, striking a perfect balance between savory and aromatic, a hallmark of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The noodles were cooked just right, and the overall quality of the dish was impressive. While the service was generally good, there is a slight room for improvement in terms of staff interaction and attentiveness. However, it's noteworthy that the food was served promptly, which is a significant plus for those seeking a quick yet satisfying meal. Overall, 75 pho provides a delightful dining experience, particularly for Pho enthusiasts. The restaurant strikes a fine balance between quality food and efficient service. I recommend it to anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors and look forward to my next visit.

Be aware. I ordered takeout and I purchased two pho ba (beef soup) for my husband and son and pho ga (chicken soup). I am on a restricted diet and can’t eat beef more than once a month. When my husband made my dinner, he asked which broth was mine. I told him that it’s chicken, lighter than beef. He said the all looked the same. So I called the restaurant to verify and he says chicken soup is beef broth! Oh my Lord!! You think if you are ordering chicken soup, you get chicken soup! Shaking my head. I’ve given them a couple free passes, no more!

They have clearly changed the way they're preparing their food. The once grilled chicken is now obviously cooked in some sort of crock pot and it doesn't taste the same. That makes me sad. They're very nice people but I don't like the change they made in the food.

The food was good. It was the service and for that I will not be back. It was a older gentleman who took my order. Never asked me if I wanted anything else to drink other than water. Then threw the straw and utensils on the table. When I went to pay I handed this same gentleman my card, when gave it back it was tossed on the counter.

We stopped in for a quick meal. The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. The grilled pork and rice was incredibly flavorful. The pho was so good, it didn't need any help from sauces. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.
