They custom made the wedding band and my wife and I are beyond happy. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Chrysella! They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Asia in particular was extremely helpful in researching a Diamond that was within the specifications I was looking to get my soon to be fiancée. I loved the look of this wedding band but I asked them to remove a few diamonds on either side to match my wedding ring better and you can’t even tell this used to have double the amount of diamonds. To any customer who is thinking of customizing their jewelry….My now husband and I researched other places to customize our wedding and engagement bands but their price point was twice that of Chrysella because they outsourced their services, having less oversight on the process of how the bands were customized. What has been exceptional with Chrysella is the time and attention to the craftsmanship of our bands in relation to the price. We had exceptional work for the cost. When mistakes were detected they immediately corrected it to ensure the standard of quality at no additional cost. They really value quality and customer service! My fiancé customized my engagement ring, and I wanted the wedding band to fit perfectly with the unusual design. Chrysella created a 3D model of the engagement ring and then used that to design a custom fitting wedding band. They worked with me to try several designs, using a wax model to see the design in real life before we settled on the final design. The staff members were enormously helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
