We
checked
in
that
hotel
at
7pm.
The
room
they
gave
us
was
a
complete
disaster:
-
No
water
in
the
bathroom
(sink,
toilet,
shower)
-
Bathroom
smelled
like
a
dead
animal
-
Room
was
dirty,
bed
linens
were
stained
-
Shower
heater
had
risk
of
electrical
failure
resulting
in
harm
or
death
of
the
user
-
Staff
was
unresponsive
to
our
request
for
help
We
contacted
Agoda
and
showed
them
the
room
didn't
match
the
pictures
on
their
website.
It
matched
in
terms
of
floor
plan
and
such,
but
instead
of
a
renovated
room,
it
was
rather
a
50
year
old
room
that
needed
a
complete
overhaul.
Agoda
AND
the
hotel
staff
agreed
to
cancel
the
booking
and
offered
a
full
refund
for
the
2
nights
we
booked.
Then,
after
waiting
for
weeks
to
get
the
refund,
Agoda
told
us
the
hotel
only
agreed
to
refund
one
night
out
of
two,
despite
both
their
agreement
to
fully
refund.
I
strongly
suggest
against
booking
a
room
with
this
hotel.
As
this
wasn't
the
first
troubles
we
had
with
Red
Doorz
across
the
country,
I
will
never
book
again
with
this
hotel
chain
and
would
suggest
you
consider
this
before
booking
at
any
of
their
locations.
