I had an eyebrow wax and lash lift and tint here. The brow wax was quite good. The lash lift and tint were disappointing, especially compared to other places in bali that I’ve visited. It was a lot of stinging and 700,000 for nothing. The result is not ‘natural’ it’s nominal. It is truly the worst value for money that I’ve come across.

The salon is pretty and the staff very nice. I had the detox facial, because i wanted to get some extra glow and get rid of a few impurities on the skin. However, my skin looks so much worse now. After the treatment my face felt super tight and dry. The products they are using feel burning and very chemical. I also got pimples after. Anyways, the face massage felt good.

First time coming here and I can only say good things! From the minute I got here everything went smoothly. It’s a beautiful space and the staff is very welcoming. The service is amazing, Yudi was my stylist and he did an amazing job. The hair products used are high quality and smell great. Highly recommend you to give it a try. I’m in love with my new hair color. Thank you so much!

Great day at GLO Spa!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. We did hair cream treatment from Yuli and she was amazing!! Best back and head massage ever! Jeje cut my thick, frizzy hair into manageable, well balanced style. Our hair was soft and wonderful! Would come back for a balayage 💕

Had a super relaxing time at Glo, I did the traditional cream bath treatment and it left my hair so soft and smooth. The neck massage was heavenly as well.

I visited Glo spa and salon twice during my weekend in Bali because I loved it so much!! I booked in for a brow lamination, lash lift and pedicure - the lamination and lift are easily the best I’ve ever for half the price I pay at home!! The pedicure was also done to perfection (the only thing I will say is there isn’t a massive range of gel colours if you’re someone who’s looking for bold/bright colours). The salon was running slightly behind on my second day I went but I was given a complimentary neck and shoulder massage whilst I waited which was a really nice touch. Really friendly staff, aesthetic and clean salon - I’d definitely visit again. Thanks so much! 🥰

Did a keratin smoothing/ straightening treatment at Glo Echo Beach followed by a foot massage and the whole team are incredible! From the moment I walked in to the time I left everyone was so friendly and attentive, my keratin treatment was done very well with careful attention to detail. My foot massage was done by Yuli and was the best I’ve ever had!

I came across GLO Exho Beach passing by on my first couple of days in Bali. The service is 10/10, what they offer regarding packages is very affordable and you certainly are made to feel like a queen. The entire team are hospitable, genuine, and the minute you step into the Beauty Salon you are made to feel welcome. Quiet Salon with all the charm. I had keratin treatment at glo spa echo beach. Since the moment of the booking everything runs smoothly. The staffs are very friendly and Yudi did a great job on my hair. He was very helpful since the beginning explaining the condition of my hair before and after. Highly recommend if you’re ever in canggu area or seminyak. This salon is international standard.

This is a nice salon, but not really a "spa". There are some design issues too if you want to go for anything relaxing e.g. a massage. I went for a Balinese massage and the Detox facial. The facial was great - very thorough and my skin was glowing after. The massage was pretty average (and at these prices you expect better). Be aware that the treatment room is next to the main salon area and so all the noise from the salon comes through. This meant it was noisier than the cheap massage parlours you can find for less than half the price. When I mentioned this 5 minutes into my massage, the masseuse popped to reception to get me earplugs, so clearly theyre aware of the problem. The earplugs helped but weren't comfortable and didn't block the noise fully. I'd recommend they offer earplugs from the start, without clients having to ask. But at the end of the day, there are better places to go for a massage that would actually be relaxing. Update - since Glo have responded, it's worth noting there's a single spa menu on their website which seems to apply to all of their Bali outposts and includes massages (and spa packages). At no point when booking was I told theyd recommend doing massage in another branch. They should be more proactive on this point if they're aware that a location isn't properly set up for these treatments.

Huge disappointment for me. I got a haircut with wet finish. I didn’t realize it right away. I noticed later on some of the parts are not even. My hair looked very weird after drying my hair. He forgot to cut some bits. I cut it myself to make it even. I wanted to have curtain bangs but they look weird and not even. Salon is very clean and staff is lovely. I heard great comments from other people. That’s why I wanted to go there for my haircut but mine failed miserably. :(

Beautiful salon and lovely staff but extremely overpriced. They did a great job, sure. BUT - I paid significantly more for a mani pedi with gel and removal than what I would in Australia. They charge 12k alone to take off fingers and another 12k to take off toes. Then tax on top - then service 10% on top again. They mentioned a few costs at the start but it wasn’t clear they would add an extra 50k more than expected. Check the total cost before you book. Could have easily gone somewhere else for 1/2 the price.
