Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this clinic for 2 reasons. They charged me for consultation with the doctor twice but I never had the chance to talk to the doctor. And they prescribed antibiotics for literally just guessing a disease based on a positive unspecific test that only shows that the body is fighting SOMETHING. After I refused and took the specific tests and all my specific (and very expensive) tests were negative they just did not give me any advice anymore for how to precede with my infection. They really just did not reply to my message anymore, asking them what to do next 😅 It feels like they don’t care about any medical responsibility they might have for a persons’ health as long as they sold some tests. That’s quite unprofessional, and I’d have the same service just by consulting google… thanks for nothing ☹️

I am an expat got my lab result very quick within 4 hours, my friend who is a local, got the lab result within days! Although my friend who is a local paid the same price as me, as it wasn’t initially suggested by the doctor. DISCRIMINATING!

I’m a returning patient some times and it’s safe to say the place and staff service are agreeable, the price is affordable (thanks to the financial aid organisation supporting this clinic), and the doctor expertise has been stellar (dr Dede always asks if there’s something I would like to ask regarding STIs and I have been more knowledgeable since).

Very professional and helpful place but the Google maps address is wrong. They are across the road at A17

Staff and Service gave a great plesure. Room really clean, some white stains.

I had very professional care (better than most of Bali hospitals tbh), the physician patiently answered all my questions and explained everything well. I got results of my six tests less than in an hour and personal recommendations by doctor were attached as well.

I’ve been here twice for testing my sexual health status. They made time for me to come get a screening and they were professional and kind. I would suggest more people to come here and support this project that helps so many people and their sexual health. Thank you 🙏
