My name is Shania and I had a very excellent experience with AKL Clinic before. Bravo👏🏼 I did a Co2 Laser treatment with Dr Kwartan in Bali and he was very informative and detailed in explainining about the treatment to me. And what makes me even happier is when i found out that he’s a certified dermatologist in the dicipline of cosmetic lasers. I’ve been trying several places to do Laser in Singapore but i’m not satisfied with the overall results. Until when i went to Bali, i heard so many good reviews about this clinic and turned out that it was true after trying the first treatment. Now, verytime i want to do Laser treatment i need to fly to Bali because I only trusted AKL clinic to do it. I personally feel that laser treatment is a lifetime investment, therefore we need to do it in a reliable clinic! Thanks AKL and Dr Kwartan, imma very happy patient of yours!

To be honest no details from the doctor. Also the medicine is without a description and even the bill they forgot to give. They said they put it in the bag, to my wife, but my wife assumed it was correct. And now after calling they not respons anymore. I believe in Indonesie after so many years, there is no detailed hospital in Indonesia. Better go to Singapore

Not recommended. Not very professional. First appointment then had to come back for a second to have nitrogen treatment. Waited 1.5 hours for the doctor. Then when called up sorry cannot do no nitrogen. But was charged a fee. You can see why Bali doctors have such a bad reputation. Still 3rd world

The place is so comfy like home.. Kind, welcome and beautiful staff. DR. dr. Ketut Kwartantaya, Sp.KK is one of the best dermatologist in Bali. Thank you very much AKL clinic. Recommend...👍

Had a little allergic reaction on my cheeks from something I wasn’t aware of last year and dr was super friendly, professional and after 2 visits my skin was clear as before. The only suggestion is for the receptionist to improve their performance. Other than that, I’m happy to had been treated here.

The doctor and the stuff, they are fun to talk to!!! I was kinda struggling to find a clinic or dermatologist and venereologist doctor for my condition. I went to some clinic before I finally found AKL. I was worried about this clinic was goin to be the same as the clinic i went before. I came for a consultation and it was great cuz the doctor was amazing and wasn’t in a rush to get more clients (like what I experienced at the clinic i went before this). I came again for the procedure or got lasered. The facilities was amazing, the doctor and the nurses were really nice and helpful.

I have been here multiple times for multiple reasons, for me, my young daughter AND my husband, with anything from rash, to ring worm to unidentified spots and ALWAYS received first class service in clean and welcoming environment and amazing consultations wuth the Dr who is kind, gentle and informative. His cures always work and i will continue coming here probably forever! Couldnt reccommend a better place in Bali!

I have been to Doctor Ketuts clinic several times with several different kinds of skin problems during the last years. He always new immediately what the problem was and had the right medicine I needed to heal fast. No long waiting times. Highly recommended.

Had a very painful wart on my leg that grew very quickly, and an old painless one on my foot. Dr. Ketut diagnosed me and removed them the same day. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I'm a happy patient and I would go here again for this type of problem. Terima kasih AKL Clinic 🙏🏻

I visited AKL clinic as I was looking for a reputable place in Bali that could address my skin issues. My whole experience from the reception, consultation, and treatment was extremely pleasant. The kind lady that administered my treatment made sure I was always comfortable and Dr Ketut is definitely deserving of his good reputation as an approachable doctor. 10/10!

I live in USA but I was in Bali for 2 months vacation when I visited AKL Clinic. I received such an excellent care and advice from Dr. Kwartantaya, and also the best treatment for my skin problem related to acne and white comedones. He is very friendly and professional Dermatologist. The clinic staff were very welcoming and helpful too. Highly recommend AKL Clinic and Dr. Kwartantaya to all my friends and family!

All good, doctor are perfect. Except receptionists at front a bit rude and unfriendly, before I only bought 2 cream and I asked for paper bag, the ladies said they dont have a bag. Today i went there and spent more than 600k and asked for paperbag, with faceless face she give it to me. whats the problem tho, they judge us from how much we spent??? What a bad service and they to much talking to each other till the ladies wrong inform total of my treatment to me. luckily i checked again by my self the bill. Just be nice with all the customer, if there is a price for paper bag just tell.

Rp 750.000 for 1x for mole removal treatment. Rp 240.000 for doctor prescription ointment. Total Rp. 990.000

Honestly, the service was a bit dissapointing. I had to wait for long time at the front desk after the treatment while the treatment was only less than 10mins. I did moles removal. This is not a place where i would recommend my friends to go, sorry
